View MoreKenvue Earnings: Solid Result as Volume Outpaces Price; Acquisition by Kimberly-Clark on Track
Kenvue is the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company by sales, generating over $15 billion in annual revenue. Formerly known as Johnson & Johnson’s consumer segment, Kenvue spun off and went public in May 2023. It operates in a variety of categories within consumer health, such as cough, cold and allergy care, pain management, face and body care, and oral care, as well as women’s health. Its portfolio has some of the most well-known brands in the space, including Tylenol, Listerine, Johnson’s, Aveeno, and Neutrogena. Kenvue announced November 2025 that it signed a deal to be fully acquired by Kimberly-Clark with the deal expected to close during the second half of 2026.
Shares remain near acquisition price

Major brands include Tylenol, Nicorette, Zyrtec, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Listerine, and Band-Aid. The company has approximately 22,000 employees. KVUE shares are a component of the S&P 500.
Headlines of all kinds continue to push and pull investors in all directions.
Headlines of all kinds continue to push and pull investors in all directions. But based on sentiment data from Vickers Stock Research, corporate insiders appear to be riding out the newsflow volatility. Indeed, all of the major one-week and eight-week sell/buy ratios from Vickers (NYSE, Nasdaq, and Total) remain neutral. This hands-off status was not a surprise during earnings season, when insiders were broadly prohibited from trading. Still, we always look for a telling sentiment move (in either direction) once earnings season ends and insiders are free to trade again. Yet this time, insiders are staying on the sidelines. On a scale where neutral territory runs from 2.00 to 6.00, the NYSE One-Week Sell/Buy Ratio is 3.76 and the Eight-Week Sell/Buy Ratio is 5.05. For the Nasdaq, the one-week is 3.30 and the eight-week is 3.79. For the Total (all exchanges) reading, the one-week ratio is 3.45 and the eight-week ratio is 4.21. In no surprise then, sector sentiment readings from Vickers also are locked essentially in place, with some variance in the one-week ratios but absolute stasis in the eight-week ratios. Exactly as was the case last week, four sectors boast bullish eight-week sell/buy ratios: Consumer Staples, Financial, Real Estate, and Utility. Meanwhile, the same seven sectors that were neutral last week are neutral again this week. They are Communication Services, Consumer Discretionary, Energy, Healthcare, Industrial, Information Technology, and Materials. Zooming in to one-week readings, we note that six of the 11 sectors are bullish, three are neutral, and two are bearish. The bearish readings are for Communication Services and Materials. This is the third consecutive week that the Materials sector has been bearish, albeit it on relatively light transaction volume. This week, analysts at Vickers highlighted insider transactions of interest at Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. (NGS: WBD) and Uber Technologies Inc. (NYSE: UBER).
