  4. Quit updating Yahoo Finance!

    Just leave it alone! Now, my portfolio that I worked so ******* to get perfect and keep it that way doesn't give me the history I used to have at my fingertips. Now, I have to jump thru hoops to get to the information I need. It takes too much time and in the middle of it all, the chart keeps populating and I don't know why. You may be doing this so we'll possibly buy your other version, but if I can't use the free version, I'm not using it. I've switched to another finance app. I refuse to…

  5. HELP

    I am trying to fix the portfolio page!!!! I have tried to send you a screen shot, but it won't let me. You made changes and now I have "stuff" on my portfolio page that I do not want. Is there any way to speak to a HUMAN to get this cleared up? I can't even get the stocks to be in alphabetical order.

  6. Portfolios: allow disabling counting Dividends within realized gains

    Context: portfolio management, user has set up their holdings in a portfolio. Portfolio is analysing historical transactions under provided holdings, including dividends paid (if any). Those dividends are counted as part of Realized Gains for that portfolio.

    Problem statement: in case if those dividends we re-invested e.g. into the same symbol, there's a 'double counting' happening - i.e. position body got increased (as a result of an additional transaction) as well as realized gains still counts that dividends. This creates a confusion and, actually, produced an incorrect performance results of a portfolio.

    Suggestion: allow a user to simply turn off/on…

  8. Dividend data

    I have looked used your site to look at the financial data for most of the companies listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange. Every time I click "dividends", your site says the company does not pay dividends, even when it does. Please add aggregate dividend payments as one of the rows in the Cash Flow data. Please fix the dedicated dividend data.

  9. Earnings per share / dividends per share

    Please show greater granularity than $0.01/share. If a stock is trading at $0.14/share, 1690.hk for example, saying the dividend is "$0.01" could mean the dividend yield is anywhere between 3.57% and 10.71%. The best would be to allow users to decide rounding. If that is not practicable, please consider always showing dividends and earnings per share in increments of $0.001 per share if the stock price is less than $1.00/share.

  10. Columns sorting low to high in portfolio screen on Mac

    First of all I love the service but here is my #1 annoyance. I like to sort the columns on the portfolio screen on my Mac, for example Post-mkt Chg % to see post-market movers. Sorting high to low works fine, but sorting low to high does not because it lists all closed positions in the portfolio first (shown with column value "--"). As I have been using the portfolio for many years I have a lot of closed positions so need to scroll down to see the main movers down. Whilst scrolling down you also lose the column headings…

  12. New Mobile Experience is TERRIBLE

    All I want to do is check my watchlist, and now I can't even find that easily. When I did finally dig through layers, it's not live, its not readable on mobile, and it's not labeled properly. Did anyone ask you to change that? Was that needed or wanted? NO NO NO

  13. Search field doesn't work

    I can't click in the search field on yahoo finance, ever since the update that shows the AI button. If I wanna search a new ticker... I have to reload the page and click on the search field before the AI button loads. This happens on my phone. I use a pixel 7.

    Delete the last column that allows move/delete. It is not necessary and is only a waste of ink when printing.

  15. Glitchy on Android, offer Classic

    The new interface is incredibly glitchy and the page requires multiple refreshes to even show up. You need to offer a toggle switch to kill that AI feature that seems to be bogging down the page and preferably offer an option to go back to the old interface or even classic which all worked much much better and were significantly more stable.

  17. When requesting 60-minute candlestick data for Korean shares via the API

    When requesting 60-minute candlestick data for Korean shares via the API, there is no data available for the 30-minute period between 15:00 and 15:30 Korean closing time. In contrast, for the US market, although the final 30-minute period from 15:30 to 16:00 (US time) is also 30 minutes, a response to the data request is provided.
    It would be preferable if, for the Korean market as well, when requesting 60-minute candlestick data, the 30-minute period at the close were included in the response to the 60-minute request.

  18. allow dock panel removal

    The dock/AI panel should be allowed to be removed or minimized. There are columns in the portfolio which I can not see unless I maximize my window on my laptop. That is something I can not do; therefore, there's data I can not see in list form. I could do this until very recently. This absolutely will mean I stop using yahoo finance unless you give us that option. You did the same thing with mail. Usability 101, do not take feature away from users. You need better designers and usability engineers.

  19. Fix webpage https://finance.yahoo.com/watchlist/pf_2/view/v1

    Use Windows 11 OS, Browsers: Edge & Chrome. All are using latest versions. Connection to URL for Yahoo finance for the past 2 weeks or more is unstable. Screen displays correctly for less than 20 seconds and then closes with an error screen message "report.error-report.com refused to connect." The URL is "https://finance.yahoo.com/watchlist/pf_2/view/v1" I've tried other variations of the URL. All fail. Please resolve. The various watchlists in Finance.yahoo.com has worked well for many, many years. It now fails 100% of the time.
