Ankur Dewani shared thisAnthropic just pushed "another" update for Claude, and its taken things to a new level with managed teams and scheduled tasks. Sharing my usage stats, apparently at ~29M tokens i've consumed 278x more than Harry Potter & the Philosopher's Stone (wish i had a magic wand, attempted to build 3-4 different things and made tons of mistakes before zeroing in on one, and tweaking/optimising on token efficiency and md files has been a journey by itself).. Having said that, most liberating feeling ever! Would love to hear what others are upto, and see some stats for technical & non technical folks, and anything you've found useful, or wish you knew sooner? #Claude #AI #VibeCoding #Netflix&Claude

Ankur Dewani shared thisWe’re only as good as our people. At Boom Games, that couldn’t be more true. In an industry dominated by giants, we’re still a small, self-funded team—but with a giant-sized ambition. And none of what we’ve achieved over the last year would be possible without the team we’ve built. To every single person on our team—thank you! Your ownership, obsession with excellence, late-night grinding, and relentless push to do better is what powers everything we do. If you’ve seen Piyush’s post (https://lnkd.in/dN-FmrhD) on how we track data, measure everything, and keep a real-time pulse on what matters—you’ll get a peek into the kind of builders we’re lucky to have here. That brings me to the more exciting news & update! 🏍️ We’re giving away BMW RR Bikes to all new hires. 🏍️ That’s right. After deep strategic alignment (read: a fiery 11pm debate on our office WhatsApp), we’ve decided to follow the footsteps of great founders before us and give away BMW bikes. Starting today, new joiners will receive a BMW RR bike (details in comments), complete with: ✅ Welcome letter ✅ Tank full of petrol ✅ One free ride pass to “Vashi/Hosur and back” And because we love adding fuel to the fire...and we're a gaming company after all 👉 If this post gets 100K likes and 1 million impressions, we’ll gift one BMW RR bike to a randomly selected person on LinkedIn. We'll do a recorded SpinTheWheel for fairness! Ankur Dewani shared thisEvery Mumbaikar (and most city dwellers) knows this feeling, you're following traffic rules, waiting patiently at a signal, when someone zips past on the wrong side. Or a auto/bike/car/cab/delivery riders etc cut dangerously close, risking lives just to save a few minutes and often times putting the rule following citizen on tilt. The frustration builds, day after day. For years, I've wondered why can't we fix this? The traffic police are understaffed, CCTV coverage is limited, and violators know this. The result? Chaos, road rage, and constant anxiety on our roads. But with AI becoming more accessible, I believe we can change this. The idea? A citizen-powered traffic violation reporting system: - Citizens capture violations through a secure app (Reporters) - AI validates evidence in real-time, checking applicable laws & fines - Other citizens verify incidents (Validators) with trust-based consensus - Verified reports sent to traffic authorities - Reporters & Validators share rewards from collected fines Example: On a ₹500 fine - 50% to government - 25% to Reporter - 25% split among Validators Even without monetary incentives, the social impact alone could drive adoption but incentives help re-enforce the positive behaviour Think about it: Every smartphone becomes a traffic camera. Every responsible citizen becomes part of the solution. Challenges: - Will the govt. allow a pseudo/parallel governance system? Even if its to help them? - Privacy safeguards - False reporting prevention - Abuse-proof system - Legal framework updates Impact: - 10-20x+ more violation detection - Better driver behaviour - Reduced accidents & road rage - Community-driven road safety - Revenue sharing benefits This model could extend to: - Illegal parking - Public property damage - Civic issues - Environmental violations Is it perfect? No. Will there be challenges? Yes. Is it better than our current system? By orders of magnitude. Attempted a prototype (thanks to no code tools) to help visualise this. I'm obviously biased in my thoughts, but what do you'll think, could something like this work? Special thanks to Gowree - your recent post about civic responsibility rekindled my passion for this project. #MumbaiTraffic #AI #CivicTech #SmartCities #RoadSafety PS: If you're building on blockchain or AI, or have passion for something similar, would love to connect & exchange thoughts or perhaps back some young builders PPS: No, this isn't a new venture/gig etc, if you're one of our investors / potential investors - don't panic! We are still focused on taking over the gaming world! 😅 - This is just a citizen's attempt to help/contribute towards improving our cities. Some interesting stats & assumptions to be followed in comments.

Ankur Dewani liked thisAnkur Dewani liked thisCan Tatkal applicants print passports at home? Apointment at 9:30 AM on Oct 29. Police verification at home at 6 PM on Oct 30. Passport in hand by 12:50 PM on Oct 31. Renewal done in just over 48 hours. With an embedded RFID chip. And this wasn't Tatkal. SMS updates at every stage, from appointment booking to processing, dispatch and delivery. No chasing, no guesswork. Kudos to the Passport Office and the Government of India for making the entire process this smooth and efficient! I am pleasantly surprised. Now I'm genuinely curious. If this is the speed of a regular passport renewal, how fast is Tatkal?

Ankur Dewani liked thisEach deal teaches you something, this one - being one of the biggest in my career so far, had a ton of moving parts. Tying up each end, while a herculean task felt humbling with the involvement of dhurandars like Arnik Shah and Rishabh Soni. The vision and speed with which the team at Union Living started working tirelessly to get this building ready for students to start occupying was unimaginable. Money - everyone makes; however, in this deal I also made friends for life! Special thanks to my team Manijot Kaur and Piyush Parmar for making this happen. To the students who’ll soon call this building home: the best is yet to come :)Ankur Dewani liked thisDEAL CLOSED | MERU YOJAN ONE × UNION LIVING | STUDENT & CO-LIVING HOUSING In real estate, they say location, location, location. In student housing, I suppose it helps when your building is just a 200-metre walk from the university! Pleased to share the successful leasing of flats at Meru Yojan One by Meru Realty to Union Living, with SHS Advisory acting as the sole advisor to both parties. What made this transaction particularly rewarding was bringing the right asset and the right operator together, an alignment of location, operating vision and the opportunity to serve a growing student and co-living ecosystem. A big congratulations and thank you to everyone who made this happen: From Meru Realty LLP Arnik Shah From the Union Co-living team Rishabh Soni, Parth Soni, Elroy Fernandes, Ravi Raj, Yateen Kale and SACHIN MAKHIJA Legal counsel Drishik Behal of Kanga & Co And, of course, none of this happens without a committed team behind the scenes. A shout-out to Manijot Kaur and Piyush Parmar at SHS Advisory for working alongside me to get this across the line. One more transaction closed. More importantly, one more strong relationship built. And perhaps a reminder that sometimes, in real estate, being 200 metres away really does count. #RealEstate #StudentHousing #CoLiving #MumbaiRealEstate #SHSAdvisory

Ankur Dewani liked thisAnkur Dewani liked thisEvery decision your AI agent makes depends on three questions: what is true, what matters right now, and what should happen next. A knowledge graph answers the first one very well, and each of the other two deserves its own graph. Take a simple request: “Rebook this passenger.” → Knowledge graph: what is true Passengers, flights, fares, routes and policies, kept stable and governed across the enterprise. → Context graph: what matters now A small slice of that knowledge scoped to this decision, such as Gate C8, four seats left and nine minutes to close, plus how similar cases went before. → Procedural graph: what to do next Procedures stored as (procedure, relation, procedure) triplets, so the agent moves from Check Availability to Compare Alternatives to Resolved, checks the visa when required, and escalates to a human when no options exist. The agent reasons over that scoped context, follows the next edge, and is free to deviate when the graph is wrong. Every trace is written back, so precedents sharpen context, failed runs fix the procedure, and repeated patterns become governed facts. → My takeaway: scope the graph per step, store the procedure as a graph instead of a prompt, and log every decision, because that log becomes your audit trail. Which of the three graphs is your agent missing today? 👇 📌 More AI agent insights → https://lnkd.in/gatGAt9X 🛡️ Govern your AI agents → https://lnkd.in/gqbqM5V3 Save 💾 React 👍 Share ♻️ - follow for daily AI agent breakdowns #AIAgents #AgenticAI #GenerativeAI #EnterpriseAI #AIGovernance #KnowledgeGraphs #ContextEngineering

The app-ads.txt update, also known as the flossing of mobile ad revenue. InMobi just went from 94 lines to 345 in its app-ads.txt file If you have not updated since September, roughly three-quarters of InMobi's authorized supply chain cannot buy your inventory right now. The rest of the file, September to October: 🟢 BidMachine → 2,498 to 2,665 (+167) 🟢 Mintegral → 915 to 937 (+22) 🟢 Unity → 153 to 160 (+7) 🟢 DT Exchange → 447 to 451 (+4) 🟢 Vungle/Liftoff → 386 to 390 (+4) 🟢 AppLovin → unchanged at 35 🟢 Pangle → unchanged at 43 Whole file: 4,571 to 5,026 entries. 519 lines added, 64 removed, a net gain of 455 entries. 👇 Use the link below to get your managed monthly App-ads.txt file so you never have to floss again!

The biggest changes in your P&L aren’t always from ads or CAC. Amazon’s latest India seller fee update (effective March 16) expands “zero referral fee” eligibility to products priced up to ₹1,000. That’s a big headline. But the part most founders will miss: fee changes create reconciliation noise. When rate cards shift, three things typically spike for 2–4 weeks: 1) mis-classified SKUs (old fee bucket applied) 2) partial reversals on returns (fees not netted correctly) 3) shipping/handling adjustments that don’t map cleanly to your internal SKU-level costing If you’re running high-volume catalogs, even a “good” fee drop can hide leakages because teams stop looking once they see headline savings. My suggestion for the next settlement cycle: - export one full settlement file - pick your top 20 SKUs by units - reconcile: expected referral fee vs charged fee, and return reversals vs net impact You’ll learn more in 60 minutes than in a month of dashboard watching. How often do you do a SKU-level settlement audit (weekly / monthly / never)?

Every second guy in India is a SaaS founder. Every third guy owns a marketing agency. So why would anyone pick one over the other hundred. Here is my honest answer : Most agencies sell you impressions as success. They show dashboards full of big green numbers. But nobody asks the only question that actually matters. Did a single post bring you actual paying business. Here is what makes Tracktion different from every other agency: • I am a qualified CA who reads annual reports for fun. • I have managed real money in real stock markets. • I have audited listed companies at GT • I understand business models, not just trending audio. When I write for a finance founder, I think like one. When I write for a CA educator, I sound like one. Most agencies hire writers who google your industry overnight. We already live in it and have lived in it for years. Views without revenue is just expensive entertainment for your ego. I did not quit a corporate career to sell vanity metrics. I quit to build something that actually moves the needle. That is the only reason this agency still makes real money.

Where is investor money flowing in 2026? The first 60 days of 2026 already reveal a clear pattern in the Indian startup ecosystem. Despite the cautious venture capital environment, Indian startups raised roughly $2.5–$2.6 billion across January and February 2026. But the more interesting insight is not the amount. It’s how the capital is being deployed. January 2026 • ~$930M raised across 120+ deals in the ecosystem. Funding activity was spread across multiple sectors, but investors were clearly favoring early-stage innovation and infrastructure technologies. February 2026 • $1.4B raised in venture funding during the month. This represented a 52% increase compared to January, largely driven by a few large growth-stage rounds. However, beneath the headline numbers, the funding landscape shows a deeper shift. The Key Funding Patterns of 2026 Bigger Capital, Fewer Bets Investors are deploying larger checks into fewer startups. Funding rounds are declining in number but increasing in conviction and size. This indicates a more mature venture ecosystem where capital follows strong fundamentals. Growth Stage Dominates Capital In February 2026: • $1.6B went into growth and late-stage startups • $405M went into early-stage startups across ~100 deals Meaning: Early stage has more deals, but growth stage attracts most capital. Sectoral Capital Shift The sectors attracting the most investor interest so far include: • AI infrastructure & enterprise AI • DeepTech & frontier technology • Climate & energy transition • Rural commerce and supply chain platforms These sectors solve large structural problems, which is exactly what investors are prioritizing now. The Biggest Insight for Founders The funding winter narrative is misleading. Capital has not disappeared. It has simply become more disciplined. In 2026 investors are asking three questions before writing a cheque: - Is the problem large and structural? - Is the solution technology-driven and scalable? - Can the startup become category-defining? If the answer is yes — capital is still available. At XBridge Ventures, we continuously track funding signals like these to help founders understand how venture capital is actually moving in the ecosystem. Because fundraising today is no longer about hype. It’s about alignment with real capital flows. #StartupFunding #FundingTrends2026 #IndianStartups #VentureCapital #StartupEcosystem #AIStartups #DeepTech #ClimateTech #Fundraising #Entrepreneurship #XBridgeVentures

Most startups don’t have a moat. They have a funding round. Marc Andreessen’s definition of a moat is brutally simple: The ability to charge more. Indian founders celebrate GMV. Downloads. ARR. 3x growth. Valuation. But here’s the test that matters: Raise your price 20% tomorrow. Do your customers stay? Think Asian Paints. Pidilite. Apple. Zerodha. Real moats come from brand, distribution, trust, network effects, switching costs or a product customers simply don’t want to leave. Yet the funding race often teaches founders the opposite: Raise → Subsidise → Grow → Raise again. Cheap capital can make a commodity look like a great business. But eventually, the subsidy stops. Growth bought with discounts is a metric. Growth despite premium pricing is a moat. Stop asking: “How fast are we growing?” And start asking: “What have we built that gives us the right to charge more?” That answer may be worth more than your next funding round. #Startups #IndiaStartups #Founders #VentureCapital #Entrepreneurship #BusinessStrategy #StartupIndia #ProductMarketFit #PricingPower #Moat #IndianStartups #VC

IBC Capsule 💊 30 🚨 The most dangerous company is not the one making losses. It's the one showing profits but hiding stress. Read that again. Some companies report: ✅ Revenue growth ✅ Positive profits ✅ Expansion plans Yet behind the scenes: ❌ Vendor payments are delayed ❌ EMI servicing is stretched ❌ Working capital is exhausted ❌ Promoters are arranging emergency funds And suddenly... One day the market discovers the truth. ⚖️ Insolvency rarely arrives without warning. The warning signs are usually visible. The problem is that stakeholders often focus on the P&L. While distress quietly builds in the cash flow statement. 📌 Profit is an opinion... Cash flow is reality. Many businesses don't fail because they are unprofitable. They fail because they run out of cash. #IBC #CorporateFinance #Insolvency #BusinessTurnaround #CA #NCLT #CorporateGovernance #DistressedAssets

Agilitas x Virat Kohli partnership is one of the masterstroke deals I have seen in recent times. Virat invests 40 CR in Agilitas for a 1.94% stake, putting Agilitas’s valuation around 2000 CR. 📈 In turn, Agilitas acquires one8world, making Virat a co-founder and shareholder. They now get two very important growth levers: ⬇️ 1. A powerful manufacturing (via Mochiko Shoes - a 600 CR+ footwear brand that Agilitas acquired in 2008 ), 2. India’s biggest athlete — exclusively aligned. Easily becomes a 4000 CR revenue brand in the next 5 years. Footwear + retail scale requires capital — but this partnership compresses customer acquisition, product cycles, and brand-building like few others. Even Virat said in his podcast with Abhishek Ganguly, the co-founder of Agilitas that, “I didn’t want a brand deal… I wanted to build something that outlives me.” And Abhishek said something even beautiful - “An ambition to build from India but be globally relevant.” This isn’t marketing. This is legacy building with shared skin in the game. And that is how startups work - shared ambition with one goal (to make the company big) and food (read stake) in the table for everyone! A company that can be built in the long term with culture, capital, and conviction aligned. This might be the first time in India, where an athlete joins hands with a sport company to re-imagine and build the sport ecosystem of India - truly revolutionalising the game with a clear vision. 🙌
