Job seekers apply to Frontline Source Group online through one of two paths: search current job openings and apply to a specific role, or upload a resume to the Frontline talent database so recruiters can match the candidate to current and future opportunities. The entire process is online from start to finish, candidates pay nothing because all placement fees are covered by the hiring employer, and direct hire placements are backed by Frontline Source Group's 5-Year Placement Warranty, 20 times longer than the 90-day industry standard.

Click the button below to search our job openings and apply for a specific position through our online system.
Upload Resume
Submit your resume and join our talent database to be updated on new positions. Please submit only Microsoft Word or PDF files.
Whether you are looking for a contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire
placement position, please apply through the steps above.
All Applicants: Please Read Our Process Below on How to Apply
Our process is designed to save you time. There is no need to come in to register. All you need to do is submit your resume through the Search Jobs link or the Upload Resume link.
We do not accept walk-in candidates
Frontline Source Group only accepts resumes submitted through our website. Please follow the steps above to apply. We cannot accommodate walk-ins at any of our branches. We start everything online to keep things fair and consistent for all applicants. Our process is designed to respect your time and should only take you two minutes to complete.
A recruiter will review each resume we receive
It may take up to 48 hours for us to review your information. Due to application volume, we cannot call every candidate who applies, but rest assured, every resume submitted is reviewed. Please make sure your resume has the correct contact information.
Your resume and information will be added to our talent database
If we have a possible job match, a recruiter will be in touch by phone or email. We will spend time with you learning more about your career goals to ensure that our openings best meet your needs.
Recruiter Contact Process
When we have a position that matches your qualifications, a recruiter will call or email you with additional questions. At this time, interviews may be arranged if we feel that both parties should meet.
Candidate Pre-Screening Process
We will never submit your resume for a position without first contacting you and discussing it. With your approval, we will then submit your information to the client. You will be required to complete an initial phone screen and an in-person interview with one of our recruiters prior to being submitted to a client. We will also verify personal and professional references. This pre-screening process allows us to submit our top candidates for each position.
Job seekers will never pay a fee
All placement fees are paid by the company doing the hiring. Frontline Source Group's services are completely free for job seekers.
Contact policy for applicants
Due to the volume of submissions we receive, Frontline cannot call every candidate to confirm receipt of their resume or application. You may continue to apply to additional positions that meet your search parameters. When we have a match, a recruiter will be in touch.
We do NOT post every position on our website
Many positions never make it to the public site because we use AI software to match qualified candidates to positions. This speeds up the process for both clients and candidates, which means we will not waste your time. We only place office professionals, so review the types of positions you might be a match for and make sure you upload your resume to our system.
Join our talent network to stay up to date on our newest opportunities
We will email you when new jobs that Frontline Source Group brings into our system look like a potential match with your experience. Be sure to apply to any new roles that look like a match.
Set up your LinkedIn profile before a recruiter looks you up
After you apply, one of the first things a recruiter or hiring manager does is search your name on LinkedIn. If your profile does not say what you do in plain language, you can lose an opportunity before anyone opens your resume. We wrote a free guide that walks you through the whole thing: a headline formula, the three things worth posting about, what to measure and what to ignore, and a 30 day plan that takes ten minutes a day. No jargon, and no fee. Read The LinkedIn Job Search Playbook.
How to Apply Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to come into a Frontline office to apply?
No. The entire Frontline Source Group application process is online. Candidates apply either by searching current job openings and applying to a specific role, or by uploading a resume to the Frontline Source Group talent database so recruiters can match the candidate to current and future opportunities. The online process keeps application review fair and consistent for every applicant regardless of which Frontline Source Group office is geographically closest. Hiring meetings and interviews are arranged by appointment after a recruiter has reviewed the resume.
How long does it take to hear back after submitting my resume?
Every resume submitted to Frontline Source Group is reviewed by a recruiter. Due to the volume of applications received, Frontline Source Group cannot phone every candidate to confirm receipt, but every submission is reviewed and added to the talent database. If a current or upcoming opportunity matches the candidate's experience and goals, a Frontline Source Group recruiter contacts the candidate by phone or email to discuss it. Candidates are also encouraged to continue applying to additional positions that match their background while the profile is in the database.
Will my resume be submitted to a client without my knowledge?
Never. Frontline Source Group will not submit a candidate's resume to a client company without first contacting the candidate, discussing the position, and receiving explicit approval. Once approval is given, the information is submitted, and a phone screen and interview with a Frontline Source Group recruiter are arranged before any client interview is scheduled. Personal and professional references are also verified as part of the pre-screening process.
Is there a fee for candidates to use Frontline Source Group's services?
No. Frontline Source Group's services are completely free for job seekers. All placement fees are paid by the employer doing the hiring, never by the candidate. This is standard practice for legitimate staffing agencies. If any staffing firm asks a candidate to pay a fee to be placed in a job, that is a red flag. The Frontline Source Group process, from resume submission through placement, costs candidates nothing.
What types of positions does Frontline Source Group place candidates in?
Frontline Source Group specializes in professional office roles across more than 20 disciplines including Accounting and Finance, Administrative and Executive Assistant, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare and Pharmacy, Dental, Oil and Gas, Customer Service, and C-Suite Executive Search. Positions are available as contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements across 32 plus offices nationwide.
What file formats are accepted for the Frontline resume upload?
Frontline Source Group accepts resumes in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) and PDF formats only. These are the formats most readable by recruiter applicant tracking systems and AI matching software. Avoid submitting resumes as images, scanned documents, or text files because key information may be lost during automated parsing. The resume should include full name, current contact information, work history with dates, and relevant skills.
Can I update my resume or contact information after submitting?
Yes. Simply upload a new resume through the Upload Resume link on this page. The most recent version of the resume is associated with the candidate's profile in the Frontline Source Group talent database. If the phone number or email address has changed since the last submission, the new resume should reflect the updated contact details so recruiters can reach the candidate when a matching opportunity arises.
How does Frontline's AI job matching technology work?
Frontline Source Group uses AI-powered job matching software to compare candidate resumes against the requirements of every open client position, including roles that are never publicly posted. The technology evaluates skills, experience level, industry background, role specifics, and location preferences to surface the strongest matches. When a high-quality match is identified, a Frontline Source Group recruiter reviews the match and contacts the candidate to discuss the opportunity. AI matching is paired with human recruiter judgment to ensure quality.
What is the difference between contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements?
Contract placements are temporary assignments with a defined start and end date, often used for project work, leave coverage, or year-end accounting support. Contract-to-hire placements begin as a contract assignment and convert to permanent employment if both the candidate and the client agree, allowing both sides to evaluate fit before committing. Direct hire placements are permanent positions where the candidate is hired by the client company from day one and are backed by Frontline Source Group's 5-Year Placement Warranty.
Are there benefits available while working on contract through Frontline?
Yes. Contract employees of Frontline Source Group are eligible for medical coverage, paid time off accrual, holiday pay on qualifying assignments, and weekly direct deposit. Specific benefit eligibility depends on the assignment length and hours worked. The Frontline Source Group recruiter walks the candidate through the benefit details for any contract role before the assignment is accepted so the candidate knows exactly what is included.
Can I work with other staffing agencies while in the Frontline talent network?
Yes, but with one important caveat. Candidates can have their resume with multiple staffing agencies, but they should never have two agencies submit their resume to the same client company for the same position. Duplicate submissions create conflicts and typically result in both submissions being disqualified. Always confirm with the Frontline Source Group recruiter before allowing another agency to submit the candidate to a role already discussed with Frontline Source Group first.
What should my resume include to get noticed by Frontline recruiters?
A strong resume for Frontline Source Group submission includes a clear professional summary, full work history with start and end dates (month and year) for each role, specific job titles, quantifiable achievements (revenue managed, team size, projects delivered), relevant software and platform proficiencies, education, professional certifications, and current contact information. Keep formatting clean and ATS-friendly with standard section headers, no tables or graphics, and a Word or PDF file format. Tailoring the resume to the type of role the candidate wants makes AI matching more effective.
