Professional golf encompasses just a fraction of the broader business of the game and Erik covers companies, organizations, destinations and entrepreneurs who are making a difference in the recreational and professional sides of golf, which is a $102B annual U.S. industry.

Erik is a member of the Golf Writers Association of America, spent over two decades with Bloomberg News, and is currently immersed in the golf industry as Editorial Director for the National Golf Foundation, the industry’s leading research and data organization.

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Erik has played almost 500 different courses around the world, yet Pine Valley in NJ – arguably the game’s finest club – remains elusive.
