Leading the way in mobile game art, starting on campus. Zynga India recently welcomed students and faculty from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology to Studio-I in Bangalore for a hands-on look at professional game art development. Art Director Bhawna Sharma kicked off the day with an overview of our global art functions. Concept Artist Fariha Alim Chagla Lead Artist MK Lathish Kumar, and Associate Animator Kartik Mahajan—who originally joined Zynga as an intern!—shared insights into the artistic development of Zynga's popular titles. Associate Art Directors Vinay Winfred and Rohit Kolhe then guided the group on a tour of our collaborative studio spaces, wrapping up with an interactive Q&A and networking tea. Supporting emerging creators and sharing our craft is at the heart of how we build games. Thank you to the students and faculty from Srishti Manipal Institute for bringing such great energy and curiosity!
