Maddie Brown is a seasoned user experience researcher and strategist, specializing in democratizing research practices, facilitating collaborative workshops, and crafting human-centered insights that drive impactful decisions. With a deep passion for qualitative research, Maddie has helped organizations across industries integrate user insights into their strategies, fostering better products and services.

As an experienced UX consultant and former in-house product researcher, Maddie has a track record of leading remote and hybrid research initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge tools to deliver actionable results. Her expertise lies in making research accessible and empowering cross-functional teams to champion the user perspective.

Maddie earned her MSc in Digital Anthropology from University College London and her BA in Anthropology from the University of Vermont, bringing a unique anthropological lens to her work in technology and design.

When she’s not conducting research, Maddie enjoys exploring local breweries, baking creative treats, and adventuring in the woods with her daughter in New Haven, Connecticut.
