To thank users for their ongoing support, Meshy is launching the "Loyalty Credits Payback" program. Stay on Pro Monthly or Studio Monthly and earn extra permanent credits every month. As long as your subscription renews on time, we'll automatically grant bonus loyalty credits for your future creations — the longer your streak, the more you earn. If your plan is cancelled or renewal fails, your streak resets and starts again from month one.
How the Loyalty Program Works
1. Subscribe
Choose Pro Monthly or Studio Monthly to start earning loyalty credits with your first subscription.
2. Stay Active
Keep your subscription active through automatic renewals to build your streak.
3. Earn Credits
Receive bonus permanent credits with each renewal (up to 6 months). Credits increase based on your streak length.

Bonus Credits by Month
1. Eligibility
- Applicable plans: Pro Monthly and Studio Monthly
- Not included: all yearly plans, enterprise/education/free/starter plan subscriptions
2. Reward Structure
- The loyalty rewards will be granted based on your subscription streak month.
- The loyalty rewards count as permanent credits and will not clear out monthly.
Month 1 (new subscription):
- You get the credits that come with your plan.
- No extra loyalty credits.
Month 2 (first renewal — highest reward):
- Pro Monthly: 500 credits
- Studio Monthly: 1000 credits
Month 3–7 (continuous renewals):
As long as you renew every month without a break, you will receive an increasing amount of loyalty credits.
- Pro Monthly:
- 3rd month: 180 credits
- 4th month: 240 credits
- 5th month: 300 credits
- 6th month: 360 credits
- 7th month: 420 credits
- Studio Monthly:
- 3rd month: 360 credits
- 4th month: 480 credits
- 5th month: 600 credits
- 6th month: 720 credits
- 7th month: 840 credits
After the 7th consecutive month, you may continue your subscription and use your plan as usual, but no additional loyalty credits will be issued for that streak.
3. What Counts as "Consecutive"?
A subscription is considered consecutive if:
- Renewal payment is successful on time (or within the grace period), and
- The plan does not enter an "expired" or "cancelled" state in between.
A subscription is considered interrupted if:
- You cancel the plan and did not renew.
- Payment fails and is not recovered within the grace period;
- You switch to a plan that is not part of this program.
Once interrupted, the current streak ends. When you subscribe again to an eligible monthly plan, a new streak starts from month 1, and you will be able to receive the "first renewal" bonus again on the 2nd month.
4. Loyalty Credit Issuance
- Loyalty credits are issued automatically after each successful renewal payment is completed.
- Loyalty credits are type of payment credits that do not expire.
- You can view the credit records in your account/billing/credits section.
- Usage and validity follow Meshy's standard credits policy.
5. Plan Upgrades (Pro → Studio, Monthly → Yearly)
If you upgrade from Pro Monthly to Studio Monthly Plan or switch from monthly to yearly subscription, your current streak will be reseted and not remained.
6. Plan Downgrade (Studio → Pro, Yearly → Monthly)
If you downgrade from Studio Monthly to Pro Monthly Plan or switch from yearly to monthly subscription, your current streak will be reseted and not remained.
7. Abuse & Misuse
If Meshy detects any abuse, fraud, or other attempts to game the Loyalty Credits Payback program, we reserve the right to revoke related loyalty credits and take appropriate action on the account.
FAQFAQ
If you complete the payment within the allowed grace period, your streak can remain. If the payment fails, the subscription actually expires or is cancelled, the streak ends and will restart from month 1 next time.
Yes. Each new consecutive subscription on Pro can receive the Month 2 bonus (500 credits) if you have never earned the first renewal credits (500). If you have earn this the first renewal credits before, you will get 2*60=120 credits for Month 2 renew.
No. Loyalty credits granted under this Loyalty Credits Payback program are lifetime credits and do not expire.
This program is designed to reward the first several continuous months the most and to encourage stable usage. After the 7th month you can still stay subscribed, but extra loyalty credits for that streak will stop.
No. Credits are issued to the account that renewed and follow Meshy's general credits rules.
No. This version of the program only applies to Pro Monthly and Studio Monthly only. Yearly and quarterly subscription plan has been designed for greater offer and discount.
No. When you switch to Pro Monthly, the loyalty streak starts from Month 1 on the Pro plan. You will need to renew Pro Monthly again next month to receive the Month 2 reward.
When upgrading from Pro to Studio Monthly Plan or downgrading from Studio to Pro Monthly Plan, your current streak will be reseted and not remained.
