Lakehouse architecture
A single governed platform on Delta Lake and Unity Catalog that replaces the split between data lakes and warehouses: one source of truth, secured and lineage-tracked.
One page from a senior architect, within two business days. The single highest-payback AI move in your Odoo, Adobe or custom stack, and the two things to leave alone. Yours to keep.

/ Proof from our global case studies
Brainvire has no published Databricks case study, in Singapore or anywhere else, and we are not going to dress that up. What follows is drawn from our global case studies set and quoted exactly as it appears there. None of these three ran on Databricks. They are here because the work a Lakehouse programme actually starts with, getting off silos and onto one governed set of numbers, is work we have done repeatedly. The Databricks service line itself is described on our global Databricks practice page, and our documented, named Singapore record sits on AI & ML in Singapore, Power BI in Singapore and our Singapore case studies page.

/ Built on the Lakehouse
Fragmented data stops AI before it starts. On the Databricks Lakehouse we bring data engineering, analytics and machine learning onto one governed platform, so the same trusted data powers your dashboards, your models and the AI you put in front of customers.
A single governed platform on Delta Lake and Unity Catalog that replaces the split between data lakes and warehouses: one source of truth, secured and lineage-tracked.
Reliable, incremental ingestion and transformation with Delta Live Tables, so analytics and ML run on fresh, quality-checked data.
Model training, tracking and deployment with MLflow, plus the MLOps to keep models monitored and reproducible in production.
RAG, vector search and Mosaic AI to build governed generative-AI applications grounded in your own enterprise data.
/ What we build on Databricks
A full path from data strategy to running machine learning and generative AI, delivered by the same team that has engineered enterprise systems for 14+ years, with data governance built in from day one.
We assess your current data estate and design a Lakehouse target architecture and a roadmap that data teams and business leaders can both sign off on, tied to the analytics and AI outcomes you actually need.
Outcome-led architectureStand up Databricks on your cloud, whether AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, and migrate off legacy warehouses and lakes, with validated data and no loss of history or lineage.
Low-risk migrationProduction ingestion and transformation pipelines on Delta Live Tables, with quality checks so downstream analytics and models can trust the data.
Quality-checked pipelinesFeature engineering, model training, and MLflow-based deployment and monitoring, so models ship, stay accurate and stay reproducible.
MLflow-based MLOpsGoverned GenAI apps and BI on the same platform: RAG, vector search and dashboards grounded in one trusted set of data.
Governed GenAI & BICentral access control, lineage and auditing with Unity Catalog, so data and AI stay secure, compliant and explainable.
Secured & lineage-tracked/ The Singapore engagement
Four things worth knowing before you shortlist a Databricks partner from Singapore: what the partnership actually is, where the proof stands today, who delivers the work, and who takes the call in your working day.
Our global Databricks practice page states it as: Brainvire is a Databricks partner that builds the Lakehouse foundation for enterprise analytics, machine learning and generative AI.
Our Databricks engagements are documented as anonymised global patterns on our practice page. Named Singapore work in data and AI sits on our AI & ML and Power BI pages.
The Databricks practice sits inside the same data and AI team that delivers our OpenAI and Power BI work for Singapore, coordinated through our Singapore office.
Brainvire’s Singapore office is one of 10+ offices worldwide. A working session on a Databricks build is scheduled in Singapore Standard Time, so the person who answers is in your working day.
Workspace region, catalog boundaries and access controls agreed at architecture stage and documented for your PDPA compliance team.

Yes. Our global Databricks practice page states it plainly: Brainvire is a Databricks partner that builds the Lakehouse foundation for enterprise analytics, machine learning and generative AI.
A Lakehouse foundation on Delta Lake and Unity Catalog, data engineering on Delta Live Tables, machine learning and MLOps on MLflow, and governed generative AI through RAG, vector search and Mosaic AI, the same six-stage path our global practice page sets out from data platform strategy through to governance.
The Databricks practice sits inside the same data and AI team that delivers our OpenAI and Power BI work for Singapore, coordinated through our Singapore office. Working sessions and delivery calls are scheduled in Singapore Standard Time.
Databricks is the governed data and ML layer underneath both: it feeds the retrieval and grounding our AI & ML and generative AI work needs, and it runs alongside the Azure and Power BI estates our Microsoft Solutions Partner practice delivers, rather than replacing either.
Yes. Brainvire’s Singapore office is one of 10+ offices worldwide. Working sessions and delivery calls are scheduled in Singapore Standard Time.
No. Databricks describes itself as “the Data and AI company”: it builds the platform, and partners such as Brainvire provide the consulting, migration, Lakehouse implementation and support around it. Our Databricks consulting covers architecture, data engineering, machine learning and the governance your teams need to run the platform in production.
Yes. In a press release dated September 16, 2026, Databricks called Singapore its regional hub for Asia Pacific & Japan and announced a new regional headquarters at IOI Central Boulevard Towers. It said its local team is expected to grow from 250 to more than 500 over the next three years.
Databricks runs on the infrastructure of its cloud partners: AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. We design for the cloud environment you already run, choose the workspace region at architecture stage, and document that choice for your PDPA compliance team.
Cost governance is part of the build: autoscaling policies, cluster configuration tuning, cost-tagged cluster pools so compute spend is attributed by team, file compaction to speed up queries, and serverless compute where it runs a workload more economically than always-on clusters. We review platform spend against the business value each workload delivers.
Yes. Our Databricks managed services cover monitoring, pipeline reliability, upgrades and cost governance, run by the same team that built the platform, so production is a beginning rather than a handoff.
Yes. We move workloads from legacy warehouses and data lakes onto the Lakehouse in stages, validating data at each step so history and lineage carry over, and we sequence the work so analytics teams keep shipping while systems move underneath them.
Yes. Knowledge transfer is part of every engagement, with documentation and working sessions on pipelines, MLflow and Unity Catalog, so your teams grow more self-sufficient over time. Adoption of new AI tools holds when the people using them understand the data underneath, so that is where we put the effort.
Yes. We start with the opportunities where an agent removes manual work, then build retrieval-augmented applications and AI agents with Mosaic AI and vector search, grounded in your governed data, with evaluation and monitoring tracked in MLflow. That is how artificial intelligence moves from a pilot into the workflows people use every day.
The patterns on our global Databricks practice page cover manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and financial services. The same Lakehouse approach applies to businesses in any sector where data on customers, products and stock sits across ERP, commerce and operational systems.
Check how the partner handles data governance, your cloud and support after go-live. Meet the people who would deliver the work, and test the engagement on a small set of use cases before committing to a larger build.
In a release dated September 16, 2026, Databricks said that, supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), it will develop AI-ready talent and train 20,000 more people in data and AI skills in Singapore over the next three years. It is also working with local Institutes of Higher Learning, starting with Singapore Management University, where Databricks training will be integrated into undergraduate and graduate curricula.
Databricks reports that more than half of Southeast Asian companies remain stuck in the experimentation phase, and attributes this to fragmented data infrastructure and talent shortages. Its Singapore work with EDB and IMDA is aimed at those challenges. That is why our engagements start with the data foundation: governed, quality-checked data first, then the models and agents built on it, with knowledge transfer to your team along the way.
