/ AI that ships with the platform

Adobe AI, switched on rather than built.

Most of the AI on this page is already inside Adobe Commerce. The work is turning it on against your catalogue, your customer groups and the way this market actually buys.

Discovery

Live Search on your catalogue

Adobe Live Search ranks results with machine learning rather than a keyword match, so a shopper who types two words still lands on the right product.

Personalisation

Product Recommendations by behaviour

Recommendation units are trained on what your customers actually buy, then placed on category, product and cart pages where they change the basket.

Content

Adobe Sensei generative assets

Product copy, category text and imagery are generated and reviewed in the same workflow, so a catalogue refresh does not wait on a content queue.

Merchandising

Rules layered over the model

Merchandising rules sit on top of the ranking model, so a promotion, a stock clearance or a supplier commitment still wins where you need it to.

B2B

Company accounts that learn

Negotiated pricing, quotes and requisition lists carry their own history, so a repeat business order is one screen rather than a rebuilt basket.

Operations

Data updates without a nightly job

Catalogue, price and stock changes flow through the platform as they happen, which is what keeps a promotion honest across web, app and marketplace.

Service

Agentic shopping assistants

Assistants answer stock, delivery and returns questions against live platform data and hand the shopper back to checkout instead of to a contact form.

Intelligence

Commerce reporting in one place

Adobe Commerce Intelligence puts orders, customers and products into dashboards your merchandisers read, rather than a report someone rebuilds each Monday.

/ Global case studies

Adobe Commerce Cloud outcomes, on the record.

Delivered by the same Adobe-certified bench that scopes and staffs Singapore programmes.

Every card below is a global Brainvire engagement rather than a Singapore one. Each links to the published case study behind it, and every figure is quoted from that page.

The nearest Singapore reference is Little Farms. That case study lists Magento and Adobe Commerce Cloud in its technology stack, and the fulfilment work Brainvire built on it cut picking time by 30% and order errors by 40 to 50%. It is a Singapore client on this platform, but the engagement was order fulfilment rather than a cloud migration, so it sits here as a note rather than as a migration card.

/ What we build

Eight ways we work on Adobe Commerce Cloud.

One accountable Singapore engagement behind all of them. Each card opens the Singapore page for that practice.

/ How we deliver

Four stages from assessment to a live cloud store.

One named owner from start to finish, a working environment you can open at every stage, and review slots booked inside your own working day.

01020304
Step 01

Assessment and architecture

Adobe's migration assessment scores the codebase, extensions and integrations, and the tier we set from it decides the plan rather than an estimate.

Step 02

Build and integrate

The store is rebuilt on the cloud platform with ERP, payments, tax and search wired in, and you open a live environment every fortnight.

Step 03

Cutover

Data migration is rehearsed, then launch runs to a written runbook with a rollback path, monitoring live and the old store still standing until it is not needed.

Step 04

Run and improve

Adobe patches the platform, we watch the store: performance budgets, release testing, merchandising and conversion work against a visible roadmap.

/ Technology

What the cloud service actually gives you.

Six layers you stop maintaining the day you move, and what we still tune on your behalf afterwards.

Cloud Infrastructure

Adobe runs the servers, the scaling and the patching. Capacity follows traffic rather than a purchase order, so a payday sale or a marketplace campaign stops being an infrastructure conversation.

Cloud Service (SaaS)

The software-as-a-service tier goes further: releases arrive continuously, environments are managed for you, and there is no upgrade project to schedule because there is no version to fall behind.

Adobe Commerce

The commerce core is unchanged: catalogue, customer groups, tax classes, company accounts and negotiated pricing, which is why a business selling to trade and consumers can run both from one store.

Performance Tools

Caching, image handling and Core Web Vitals are tuned against real sessions rather than a lab score, because most of this market arrives on a phone with a marketplace tab already open.

CDN, WAF & Image Optimisation

A content delivery network with a web application firewall in front of it, and images converted and sized on the way out, so a rich category page still reaches Singapore quickly.

Search & Personalisation

Live Search and Product Recommendations come with the licence. Pointing them at your catalogue, then layering your merchandising rules over the model, is the part we do.

/ Industries

Where we go deep.

Vertical teams with their own data models and reference builds, applied to the sectors that run enterprise commerce here.

/ How we read this market

What the cloud does not decide for you.

Moving to a managed platform settles hosting, patching and scale. Three Singapore questions stay open, and one gap we own. They are what the first session is for.

Tax

GST lives in configuration, not in the cloud

Consumer prices display inclusive of GST while business buyers can be shown either treatment. That is tax classes and customer groups on the platform, set once and tested against your real price list.

Data

Where the store keeps personal data

The Personal Data Protection Act asks who holds what. On a managed platform Adobe runs the infrastructure and your exposure sits in extensions, integrations and exports, so we map those next to the architecture rather than after it.

Payments

Cards, wallets and PayNow in one checkout

A Singapore checkout carries local and international cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow. Which gateway carries them is decided in discovery, because it constrains the checkout you can build.

The gap

No Singapore cloud migration on our list yet

We have not yet migrated a Singapore-headquartered business onto Adobe Commerce Cloud. Little Farms is a Singapore client on the platform, but that engagement was order fulfilment. The Singapore office is real, with 1,000+ engineers and 10+ offices behind it.

/ Questions, answered

Adobe Commerce Cloud in Singapore, in plain terms.

What is the difference between Adobe Commerce Cloud and Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service?

One is managed hosting for your own Adobe Commerce build; the other is the software delivered as a service. On Adobe Commerce Cloud, Adobe runs the infrastructure, the scaling and the patching while the codebase and its extensions remain yours. On Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, the application itself is delivered and updated continuously, so there is no upgrade project and less room for custom code. Most Singapore businesses we speak to are on the first and asking about the second.

Do you have a Singapore client running on Adobe Commerce Cloud?

Yes, and we will describe it precisely. Little Farms, the organic grocer, is a Singapore client whose case study lists Magento and Adobe Commerce Cloud in its technology stack, and Brainvire built the order fulfilment work on that platform, cutting picking time by 30% and order errors by 40 to 50%. What we have not yet done is migrate a Singapore-headquartered business onto the cloud platform. The four cards above are global engagements: three United States programmes and one running across Singapore and Malaysia.

How long does a move to the cloud take?

It depends on the tier your codebase scores, which is why we run the assessment before quoting. Adobe's migration assessment reads the code, the extensions and the integrations and returns a complexity score; we set a Simple, Medium or Complex tier from it, and the plan is built against that tier. We would rather show you the score in the first fortnight than open with a number that has to be walked back.

What happens to the extensions we have paid for?

Each one is audited and then kept, replaced or dropped. Some have a supported cloud version, some are replaced by platform features you already licence such as Live Search, and some are carrying customisation that belongs in your own code. You get the list with a recommendation against every line before the build starts, not a surprise during cutover.

Is the platform compliant enough for a regulated Singapore business?

Adobe operates the platform to PCI Level 1 and SOC 2 standards and applies security updates centrally, which removes a large part of the patching burden from your team. What stays with you under the Personal Data Protection Act is what your store collects, which third parties it sends data to and how long it is kept, so we map those flows alongside the architecture.

Can one store serve Singapore, Malaysia and the rest of the region?

Yes, and that is the normal shape. Each market gets its own currency, language, tax treatment, payment set and catalogue subset while sharing one codebase and one admin. Adding a country then becomes a configuration exercise rather than a second build, which is the main reason enterprise commerce ends up on this platform.

Who takes the call when something breaks at 9am in Singapore?

One named owner, on Singapore hours. Our office is in Singapore, and most of the 1,000+ engineers behind it work from India, two and a half hours behind Singapore, so the working day overlaps almost end to end. Release windows, incident triage and merchandising changes are handled inside your day rather than overnight.

What does a first conversation actually cover?

Thirty minutes on your current store, the integrations behind it and what is actually hurting. You leave with a view on whether the answer is the cloud platform, the cloud service or neither, and the sequence we would move in. No sales deck and no follow-up sequence.
