We built one Odoo 18 ERP and POS platform for a Fortune 500 fuel and energy retailer’s convenience-store network. It rolls out by legal entity, then dealer, then site, with each country’s tax rules built in.

A Fortune 500 fuel & energy retailerClient name withheld under NDA
The client is a global energy company that runs fuel stations and the convenience stores attached to them. Some stores are company owned and dealer operated (CODO); others are company owned and company operated (COCO). The network spans 12 African countries: Congo, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Eswatini, Ghana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
The client asked Brainvire to standardize operations across that network. We delivered one Odoo 18 ERP and POS platform, organized by legal entity, dealer and site. Every country gets the same setup with its own tax rules, each site sees only its own data, and finance gets one group-wide view.
