Six steps from the first working session to apps and devices in daily use, with a checkpoint at the end of each.
A working session maps who works away from a desk, which workflows matter most, and which systems those people need, so the first priority is agreed on before design starts.
DiscoveryWe settle device ownership (company-owned, BYOD, or both), the MDM and MAM model, identity, and compliance rules, and write down how adoption will be measured.
AI usage analytics & adoption insight StrategyApps are designed with the people who will use them and built native or cross-platform in short sprints, with a demo at the end of each one.
AI-assisted code & test generation BuildA cloud backend and APIs connect each app to ERP, CRM, and identity systems, and offline sync keeps people working when the signal drops.
AI-assisted API & schema design BackendDevices are enrolled and configured with apps and policies in place, then tracked from one console for compliance, updates, and security.

We build the mobile side of the enterprise end to end: native iOS and Android, cross-platform apps, field and workforce tools, MDM/EMM and device security, backend APIs with offline sync, and mobile analytics. AI runs both on the device and in the console, so teams work offline, data stays governed, and every app gets smarter with use.
Yes. We engineer the backend, APIs, and offline sync layer that connects your apps to existing enterprise systems, keeping data governed across the estate. As an Odoo Gold Partner and Adobe/Magento Solution Partner with 2,500+ projects delivered, integration into established platforms is core to how we work.
We deliver native iOS and Android when performance and platform depth matter, and cross-platform when speed and shared code win, guided by our mobility strategy and consulting practice. The choice is made against your device fleet, security needs, and roadmap rather than a fixed preference.
We implement MDM/EMM and mobile security so devices, apps, and data stay controlled and compliant across the organization. AI-driven MDM analytics surface issues in the console, and on-device AI keeps sensitive data governed even when teams are offline.
Our AI runs on the device and in the console, not just in the cloud, enabling on-device personalization, agentic field workflows, AI-driven MDM analytics, and AI crash triage and churn prediction. This is proven at real scale, with apps handling 1M+ consultations and 2M+ downloads.
We provide ongoing modernization and support, including bringing legacy mobile apps up to current platform, security, and AI standards. With 95% client retention across 14+ years and 10+ global delivery offices, post-launch engineering is a long-term partnership rather than a handoff.
Enterprise mobility solutions are the apps, devices, and management tools that let employees do their jobs away from a desk, with secure access to company data and systems from mobile devices. They combine mobile applications, device and identity management, backend services, and the policies that keep data under your control, so people get anytime access to the tools they need while IT keeps security and compliance in view.
Solutions are what people use; services are the work that plans, builds, secures, and runs them: mobility strategy and consulting, enterprise mobile app development, MDM/EMM rollout, backend and offline-sync engineering, mobile analytics, and support after launch.
It is building mobile applications for a company's employees, partners, or customers, designed around enterprise needs: sign-in through the company's identity provider, integration with systems such as ERP and CRM, offline work, device management, and security reviews. It differs from consumer app work mainly in integration depth, governance, and how the app is distributed and managed.
Because much of the work that matters today happens away from a desk. Field operations teams, sales reps, and frontline employees get more done when they can check stock, file a report, or approve work on the spot. The field-sales tracker on this page is one example: a GPS app wired to SAP inventory that lets reps place orders on the customer's behalf.
Typical benefits include productivity and efficiency gains in the field, less re-keying of data, closer collaboration between the field and the back office, paperless workflows that cut printing and storage, and clearer control over company data on mobile devices. The size of the gain depends on the workflow, which is why we start with the processes where mobile access removes the most friction.
Start with the workflows where mobile access matters most, and make those the top priority: field service, sales, inspections, or approvals. Then decide on device ownership (company-owned, BYOD, or both), the management model, integration with core systems, security and compliance rules, and how you will measure adoption. Our mobility strategy and consulting practice focuses on putting this on one page before anything is built.
Mobile device management (MDM) enrolls a device and manages the whole device, including settings, security, and apps. Mobile application management (MAM) manages only the work apps and the data inside them; Microsoft notes that MAM is typical for personal devices in bring-your-own-device (BYOD) scenarios, but it also runs alongside MDM on corporate-owned devices. Enterprise mobility management (EMM) is the broader term for managing devices, apps, and identity together, and it is the name Android uses for its device management partners.
Unified endpoint management (UEM) brings phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops under one console and one set of policies, instead of a separate tool for each device type. Intune is one example: Microsoft lists Android, iOS/iPadOS, Linux, macOS, tvOS, visionOS, and Windows among its supported platforms, all managed from the web-based Microsoft Intune admin center.
We design and roll out device management on the platform you run, including Microsoft Intune, the platform named on our MDM card. Microsoft describes Intune as a cloud-based endpoint management service that secures and manages your organization's devices and apps, lets you control which users and devices can access organization resources, and supports the Zero Trust security model.
Through each platform's own enrollment path. Apple says administrators use Apple School Manager or Apple Business Manager to enroll organization-owned devices. Android zero-touch enrollment supports remote deployment and configuration, and Google notes it may be subject to reseller fees in certain countries. Intune can enroll devices automatically through Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment, or Android Enterprise.
Yes, with the right controls. Android's Work Profile configures a device to support both work and personal tasks. Microsoft says Intune app protection policies can protect corporate data on mobile devices without requiring device enrollment, and when the user leaves, you can selectively wipe organization data without touching personal content. A BYOD policy can also reduce how many company devices you need to buy. We help you set the policy and the technical controls together.
Per Apple's device management documentation, after enrolling a device administrators can update software and device settings, monitor compliance with organizational policies, remotely erase or lock devices, and install apps. Intune describes a similar lifecycle: enrolling devices, configuring settings, securing endpoints, deploying and protecting apps, and keeping everything up to date. Microsoft puts the lost-device case plainly: if a device is lost or stolen, you can wipe it.
It is keeping one source of truth for every device you own: who holds it, which OS version it runs, whether it is compliant, and which apps and policies it carries, with updates pushed from one console. Our AI-driven MDM analytics watch device and app telemetry across the fleet to flag anomalies, risk, and adoption gaps.
Security is designed in rather than added later: sign-in through your identity provider with multi-factor authentication, encrypted data at rest and in transit, a VPN or secure gateway for traffic to internal systems, and remote lock and wipe. Data loss prevention works at the app level too; Microsoft's examples include requiring a PIN or fingerprint to access corporate email and preventing users from copying and pasting corporate data into personal apps. Security testing runs before each release, and AI threat and anomaly detection watches the fleet for potential threats that need a closer look.
It depends on the data and where your users are. In the US, HIPAA governs protected health information, which matters for healthcare apps; in the EU, GDPR governs how personal data is processed. Industry and payment rules can add more. We map which rules apply during strategy, then address them in the controls, audit logs, and data handling of the app and the device policies.
Yes, where the workflow needs it. Offline-first apps store the data people need on the device, queue their changes, and transmit data once the connection returns, with conflict rules agreed on up front to ensure two edits to the same record are resolved predictably. The advantage is that a dead zone no longer stops the work. That is what the Backend and Offline-Sync card and accelerator on this page cover.
The field-sales tracker on this page is one: an SAP RFC integration feeds real-time inventory to a GPS sales app, so reps can place orders against live stock. The same pattern, APIs and a backend layer rather than direct database access, carries inventory, orders, and supply chain data from ERP and CRM platforms.
Yes. Field and workforce apps can pair with scanners, sensors, and a range of other connected equipment over Bluetooth or through a cloud platform, so readings reach the app and the back office in real time instead of on paper. The same pattern extends to IoT sensors and gateways when the device fleet goes beyond phones.
Most of the moving parts behind a mobile app run in the cloud: authentication, APIs, sync, push notifications, and analytics. Management runs there too; Microsoft notes that Intune runs entirely in the cloud, with no on-premises infrastructure required. We design the cloud backend so it scales with the fleet from launch day and future apps can reuse it.
Yes. The same apps, identity, and device policies that serve field teams also give remote and hybrid employees secure access to business applications and files from a phone or tablet, alongside cloud-based tools for messaging and shared documents, so collaboration keeps working across locations.
Vision, speech, and personalization models run on the phone with Core ML and ML Kit, so they respond quickly and keep working when the network does not. Keeping inference on the device also means less sensitive data has to leave it. AI-powered routing and task prioritization inside field apps then help people spend their time on the work, not the app.
Yes. Enterprise mobility is not only employee tools. The navigation app for realtors on this page passed 2M+ downloads, and the property hub pairs two mobile apps with a web portal for brokers, executives, and admins. Customer-facing staff also benefit: with the customer record on a tablet, service teams can act on the spot instead of calling the office. Where a responsive website is enough, we say so. We design each app around the job it has to do, then connect it to the same backend and security model as your internal apps.
By making the app the easiest way to do the job. We design with the people who will use it, pilot with one team, train the rest, keep the app accessible to people who rely on screen readers or larger text, and track usage with AI usage analytics so adoption gaps show up early. Eliminating paper forms and duplicate data entry is usually what wins people over.
It depends on scope, but the accelerators on this page show typical time to value: 4-6 weeks for an on-device AI feature, 4-8 weeks for the MDM and mobile security accelerator, 6-10 weeks for a backend and offline-sync layer, and 8-12 weeks to move native apps to cross-platform. A full program is usually phased, starting with the highest-priority workflow, so the first app reaches people sooner.
It depends on the number of apps and platforms, how deep the integrations go, security and compliance requirements, and whether device management is in scope. There is no rate card on this page, because scope drives the number. After a working session, you can expect an estimate against the scope you choose.
