Huei-Hsin Wang (王彚心) is a Senior Experience Specialist with Nielsen Norman Group. As a multi-passionate UX researcher with a background in Industrial Design, Huei-Hsin specializes in design visualization, product development, innovation strategy, and storytelling.
Huei-Hsin embarked on her UX career at Acer on the design and innovation team, where she facilitated mixed-method research and collaborated with cross-functional teams to assess innovation opportunities and support end-to-end product development. Prior to joining NN/g, Huei-Hsin led inclusive design workshops, developed usability toolkits, and drove alignment on creative direction for the Philips Experience Design team.
Huei-Hsin has experience designing products, digital experiences, and services for clients in industries including healthcare, education, consumer goods, financial services, and technology. She combines her expertise in UX strategies with diverse design skillsets to create meaningful and impactful experiences, consistently achieving successful outcomes for her clients.
Huei-Hsin graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP), where she earned her Bachelor of Industrial Design.
