Chandra Elango shared thisChandra Elango shared thisUnprecedented events are rapidly changing the way teams work together, and social distancing recommendations have caused a shift to remote work. While working remotely is the right thing to do at this time, it’s disruptive to make this transition. And it’s especially hard for small teams. That’s why we’re making many of our tools available for free. We’re on a mission to help unleash the potential of every team, regardless of location or balance sheet. But successful remote work is not just about tools, it’s also about people and practices. We’ve assembled a hub of resources to guide your team, so you can collaborate effectively, anywhere, anytime. #EmbraceRemote #RemoteWorkWe're making our remote-friendly software products available for free - Work Life by AtlassianWe're making our remote-friendly software products available for free - Work Life by Atlassian

My own Atlassian journey started back in 2010 when I first became an Atlassian Admin. In 2012, I attended my first Atlassian Summit user conference. At the time, I don’t think I fully understood how much that ecosystem would shape my career, the people I would meet, and the kind of work I would come to care about most. ServiceRocket’s values line up closely with how I try to lead: Delight the Customer, Share the Knowledge, Build Process to Drive Outcomes, Think Team, and Talk Straight. I appreciate that these values are practical and seen daily there. They connect directly to the way teams work, learn, and serve customers. I’m excited to work with Rob Castaneda, Kharisma Knepshield Moraski, and many more Rocketeers I’ve already had the chance to learn from. There is a strong culture here: thoughtful, direct, customer-centered, and serious about growing people. I’m stepping into this role with gratitude for the opportunity, respect for what the team has already built, and a desire to help create more clarity, consistency, and confidence in the delivery experience. Let's do this! ❤️ Photo Note: Day 1 at Atlassian almost 12 years ago! Time to bring that same energy to ServiceRocket!

Chandra Elango liked thisChandra Elango liked thisFoundHQ has been acquired by Laminar. I've spent 6 years solving how Salesforce work gets done - at the human layer. Laminar solves it at the infrastructure layer. Together, we close the gap entirely. Since my first conversation with Rajsekhar Kadiyala, it was clear we shared the same vision: Salesforce teams must transform their current operating model. Our approaches for achieving this vision were fundamentally different. At FoundHQ, we saw a broken Salesforce Consulting Firm model. • Sky high rates justified because “quality comes at a premium”. • Work done for you, not alongside you. • Outcomes focused on project timelines vs. customer capability. FoundHQ was built to transform that model. 8,000 Elite Salesforce Practitioners. The flexibility to engage the Consultants uniquely aligned to the initiative at hand. And a singular goal to ALWAYS leave your team more capable than we found it. Our vision worked. But AI has forced us into a new era. One where the rate of innovation outpaces our ability to understand what’s next. Overnight, our assumptions about systems architecture became obsolete. And the composition of internal Salesforce teams is in active question. While FoundHQ solved the human layer, AI exposes failure one layer deeper. Companies need infrastructure capable of operating in an agentic world. But the solution isn’t a one time fix. It requires a complete re-imagining of what systems are designed to achieve. Enter Laminar. Founded by Raj & Edward Aryee, two ex-Google Engineers, who worked on foundational AI before the rest of us were talking about it. Backed by Salesforce Ventures, Crane Venture Partners, and Y Combinator. The Product: an agentic, end-to-end Salesforce delivery OS. From ticket → technical design → sandbox deployment → validation → release. A platform that absorbs context from every surface across your business. Auto-documentation to track every change and improve context over time. Release orchestration, conflict resolution, and AI-driven remediation. Laminar isn’t solving legacy problems with incremental improvements. It’s not some Claude wrapper misunderstanding & misusing the context window. This is agentic infrastructure transforming how systems are built & evolved. FoundHQ and Laminar share a fundamental belief. Every vendor in this era must deliver one thing: The ability to transfer capability, not create dependency. Together, we are uniquely qualified to deliver on this promise. We know technology alone doesn’t transform how an organization operates. And existing teams can’t change what underlying systems are capable of today. Combined, we close both gaps simultaneously. • Laminar delivers technology to transform infrastructure & operating models. • FoundHQ brings 8,000 Forward Deployed Engineers uniquely suited to any org. This is how the next generation of Enterprise Systems delivery looks. Not a Consulting Firm or software vendor. An operating model built for the infrastructure era.

The AHA and the San Francisco Fire Department joined forces to train 100,000 San Franciscans in Hands-Only CPR. We had a full demo station set up right at the park, bringing life-saving skills directly to fans. This is just one part of a much bigger vision. Our bold goal is to train at least one member of every household in America in CPR. I've personally performed CPR and saved a life, and you never know when you'll be the one near someone who needs you. Knowing what to do in that moment is everything. Learn more here at heart.org/handsonlycpr. A huge thank you to the San Francisco Fire Department, Russ Stanley and the Giants, and the incredible AHA team Liza Mudd, Kerri Hayton, Maya Geurtsen, Victoria Gallagher and others. Oh, and the Giants took down the Nationals that day...a good day all around!

I got to sit down with Reed Aubin , Yves Bélanger , Aligan S. and Simon Morin Morin at Sobeys—exactly the kind of conversation that reminds you why being in the room matters. Hearing directly from customers about where they want to take their operations, what's working, and where they need more from us is something I never take for granted. I also got to spend time with David Madrigal, Laura Dottori-Attanasio , Adam Simkin , and Rodolfo Vargas at Element Fleet Management—always great to spend time with a fantastic partner and talk about how we can continue to grow together. Weeks like this are a good reminder of what's possible when you stay close to your customers and partnerships. Our Canadian team continues to grow, and I’m proud of everything we are building.

Chandra Elango liked thisChandra Elango liked thisToday marks Zoom's 15th anniversary! 🎉 I just came back from visiting our very first office with Velchamy at 4633 Old Ironsides Drive. When I signed the lease in June 2011, our office was suite 404 with just 645 square feet. Following the knowledge I learned from former Webex CEO Subrah Iyar, I changed it to the luckier suite 478. (Interestingly, it appears the suite is now numbered 4xx. No wonder this office is still empty : perhaps everyone is hoping another Zoom will be born there 😅 . I also went inside and took a picture.) What has happened over the past 15 years is far beyond anything I could have imagined. Yet one thing has never changed: as CEO, my goal is to make Zoomies happy, because when Zoomies are happy, together we can make our customers happy. Thank you to every Zoomie for helping make the world a better place through your wisdom, speed, and care. Together, we will continue to innovate, serve our customers wholeheartedly, and create an even brighter future. The best is yet to come! The next 15 years will be even more exciting!!

Chandra Elango reacted on thisChandra Elango reacted on thisAfter an incredible 4.5 year journey, I have decided to turn the page on one of the most meaningful chapters of my career and life. When I joined Samsara, I came to help build technology, teams, and platforms. What I didn't expect was how much this journey would shape me as a leader and as a person. Over the years, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented and humble people I've ever met. Together, we solved tough problems, scaled global teams, transformed critical business platforms, and helped build a culture where people could do the best work of their careers. One of the greatest honors of my journey was helping establish and grow our India presence, from a small team to a thriving organization filled with incredible innovators and leaders. Watching people grow and succeed has been more rewarding than any business metric. I am overwhelmed by the thoughtful farewell gifts and messages from colleagues and friends. One gift in particular called me "Mr. Mayor" and described someone who knew everyone's name, helped make the office run smoother, and always had a story to share. I smiled when I read it, but more importantly, it reminded me that our greatest impact is rarely the systems we build, it's the people whose lives we touch along the way. #Samsara gave me far more than career growth. It gave me the confidence to dream bigger, take bold bets, build something from the ground up, and pursue goals that once felt beyond reach. To my #teammates, #mentors, #leaders, #partners, and #friends thank you. Your trust, support and belief in me have meant everything. As I begin my next adventure, I do so with immense gratitude, excitement, and optimism. Onwards and upwards. The party continues. The movies continue. The dreams continue. Stay tuned. #Gratitude #Leadership #Technology #Growth #NewBeginnings #Samsara #OnwardsAndUpwards

I love this quote “Storage is not one-size-fits-all. Our goal is to align storage architecture with workload behavior, so GPUs remain productive and customers experience consistent performance.” Anindya Das Co-founder and CTO, Neysa Networks WEKA is the first modern parallel architecture built for AI. With over 170 patents to our name there is nothing Legacy about this approach The Neysa AI Acceleration Cloud is running thousands of GPUs and processing over 100 million tokens a day. As their workloads scaled, they needed storage that could keep up with real world AI demands without adding operational headaches. After thorough production testing, they chose WEKA's NeuralMesh as their high performance data layer. Learn more about their journey here: http://spr.ly/6045hqY0c

Scaling a SaaS product is easy; until multi-tenancy, compliance, and enterprise procurement make it very, very hard. Enterprise SaaS companies face a brutal trifecta: speed, scale, and security. Getting one right is table stakes. All three is a moat. Healimpilo engineers Enterprise SaaS platforms for exactly this: → Multi-tenant architecture that scales without data bleed → SOC 2 readiness built into product development cycles → CI/CD automation for weekly release cadences → Observability, logging, and SLA monitoring from day one We work with SaaS teams that sell to banks, hospitals, and government- where one audit failure means one lost client. Build SaaS that enterprise buyers trust on sight. Scale your SaaS → https://lnkd.in/g9-fSX9V #EnterpriseSaaS #SaaSArchitecture #B2BSaaS #MultiTenancy #SOC2 #CloudNative #ProductEngineering #Healimpilo
