Excelente trabajo Yaneisha 🚀Ariel Quinones shared thisIt feels like coming full circle: conducting a LinkedIn workshop for tech talent in Puerto Rico was an incredible experience. During my almost 5 years at LinkedIn, I led numerous Rock Your Profile sessions, impacting over 2,000 individuals across various countries. This passion continues in my role at Ironhack Puerto Rico, where I empower our Ironhackers to do the same. Today, I joined Joan Manuel Perez Cardona from Microsoft Puerto Rico and Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Comercio to educate Puerto Rican tech talent from the 21st Century Techforce initiative on harnessing the Power of Owning Your Brand through a robust LinkedIn profile. The energy, engagement, and connections we witnessed during the session were truly inspiring. I can't wait to witness the amazing career trajectories of these talented individuals. As I wrapped up the workshop, I shared a quote that resonates deeply with me: "Discipline is rarely enjoyable, but almost always profitable.” Job hunting can be draining, but the outcomes can be life-changing. 🚀🚀🚀 #PuertoRicoQuiereTech #TechCareers #CarrerasEnTecnologia CC: Ariel Quinones, Génesis Walker, Felipe Mendoza, Mariandrea Villarreal Sainz, Humberto Mercader, Eric Franco, MBA, MPM, ACC, Carla López Narváez, and Luis Luciano.

Ariel Quinones shared thisWe're incredibly proud to have co-hosted our first event, the eMerge Americas Startup Showcase, alongside Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Comercio (DDEC), eMerge Americas, Parallel18, Endeavor Puerto Rico, Grupo Guayacán, and Popular. Together, we aim to fuel tech talent in Puerto Rico to achieve 50,000 tech jobs in the next decade. Bringing eMerge Americas to Puerto Rico connects our Miami and Puerto Rico ecosystems and continues to shape the future of tech. The event, held at the Popular Center, brought together innovative minds and emerging startups. We hosted a Pitch competition featuring 6 startups (Buzzzy, Inc., Cuvro, Insu Health Design, Kiwi.com, PilotoMail, and TUTO), and 2 emerged as winners, earning the opportunity to compete in the eMerge Americas Conference in Miami 2024. Congratulations to PilotoMail and Kiwi.com! This collaboration is a testament to the growing potential and strength of the Puerto Rico tech ecosystem. We're excited to continue this journey, fostering tech talent, innovation, and entrepreneurship in our vibrant community. Our new General Manager, Yaneisha Pérez Padilla, is eager to pave the way for more collaboration. She's always available for a chat, and I look forward to seeing where our collective journey leads. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event a resounding success. #TechTalent #PuertoRicoTech #Innovation #Collaboration

Ariel Quinones liked thisAriel Quinones liked thisI'm proud to share that I've joined Microsoft. And I'm glad I waited 60 days to say it. I wanted to spend those first weeks listening: sitting with our customers and with as many of our teams and leaders as I could. It was energizing, and it confirmed something I've always believed.... Culture and Performance are one. Not two conversations. One. Teams that feel they belong move faster, speak more honestly, and deliver more. And that belief shouldn't stop at our own walls. The strongest customer partnerships I've seen in these 60 days are the ones where our cultures click, like LEGO bricks: mutual curiosity, mutual trust, and the same hunger to learn. When that happens, performance stops being something we measure for each other. It becomes something we build together, bigger than either of us could build alone. I've also been reminded that curiosity beats certainty. The leaders I admire most aren't the ones with all the answers. They're the ones still asking the best questions and listening with real empathy for what their customers are trying to achieve. Because in the end, our success is only real when our customers succeed. Thank you, Microsoft, for the opportunity to lead our US Consumer Goods relationships and business. From CPG factory floors in Latin America at the start of my career… to sitting at the table with the world's most iconic brands as we shape what's next. Full circle. #Microsoft #ConsumerGoods #Leadership

Baumann for the invitation and great conversation on SiliconANGLE & theCUBE & NYSE Wired. What an awesome series they’ve brought to maket; where AI and capital markets meet… recorded inside the Mecca of global capital markets. 👏 Getting stand under the bell with my dad and business partner of 20 years and my amazing wife made it extra special. If you’ve got 23 minutes and are curious, I’ll leave the link in the comments.

Ariel Quinones liked thisFeeling incredibly proud of Alexandre Berriche, Sevan Marian and the entire Fleet team today. 😍😍 While everyone else was raising money during the hype years, they chose a tougher path. No fundraising. Just great execution, discipline and focus. And today Fleet reaches a €100M valuation through an LBO with ISAI. Like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly... and I know they will inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs.🐛🦋 This is only the beginning. So proud of you both!🎉 P.S. Alexandre, watching you build this with such calm, clarity and passion has inspired me a LOT. Here’s to the next chapter. 💙Ariel Quinones liked thisFleet. Bootstrapped to €100M. We didn’t follow the classic startup playbook. No funding rounds. No headlines. No shortcuts. For 7 years, Fleet was fully bootstrapped — growing profitably with patience and discipline, country by country, customer by customer. Today, we reach a €100M valuation and open our capital for the first time through an LBO, alongside ISAI. This marks a new chapter — not a change of DNA. On a personal note, this also reflects a transition I initiated over the past months with my cofounder and friend Sevan. Last year, I moved from CEO to Executive Chairman, and today Chairman of the Board. I’ll continue to advise, support the leadership team, and steward Fleet’s long-term vision — while also freeing time to venture into new entrepreneurial paths. Fleet was built like a caterpillar 🐛 Patiently. Quietly. Today, it becomes a butterfly. 🦋 And we’re just getting started. Onwards 🚀

Ariel Quinones liked thisAriel Quinones liked thisGrace (n.): the quiet power of treating every task - and every person - with respect, care, and positivity. Coming home from a kid-free mini-holiday, I found grace in the last place I expected: the early Sunday morning AVIS shuttle to LAX. The wonderful driver: - Memorized every single passenger’s gate - Carried and organized every bag per gate - Flagged down the traveler seconds from missing his stop - Ran the bus like clockwork - smiles included - Had a genuine positivity that was contagious - Walked off with a fistful of tips Ten minutes of high-speed service wrapped in genuine kindness which led to a great outcome for him personally, the company he represents and every person on that shuttle. That’s the inspiration I’m hauling back to work tomorrow ahead of an important week.

Ariel Quinones liked thisAriel Quinones liked thisA year ago, I joined vLex, trusting the vision and leadership of Lluis Faus and Valero Domingo. It turned out to be the best professional decision of my life. There hasn't been a single day of rest — but that’s what it takes to help build a new category in legaltech. With today’s announcement of Clio ’s $1 billion acquisition of vLex, we’re not just celebrating a deal — we’re stepping into the next phase of a mission: to build an AI-powered platform that redefines how legal professionals think, work, and deliver impact. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on business transformations. But the vLex journey — fast, global, and relentless — has been the most inspiring one yet. Great teams build great things. I’m proud to have brought incredible people from past chapters of my career into an already amazing team at vLex — to do just that. This one is especially close to my heart: 🇪🇸 Born in Spain, vLex showed the world that top-tier innovation can start at home and scale globally. 🇺🇸 Scaled in the U.S., it earned the trust of elite legal professionals in the world’s most demanding market — the country where litigation is king. 🚀 Headquartered in Miami, my adopted city, it represents the promise of a new kind of tech hub — fast, global, and fearlessly disruptive. Looking back, the dots connect so clearly. I thank God for designing the path — even when I couldn't yet trace the lines. To my family and mentors: thank you for your encouragement and belief — even when you didn’t fully understand what was going on. And to my wife, Claudia Caicedo — thank you for your boundless patience, your magical caffeine support, and your endless supply of late-night snacks. I couldn’t have done this without you. Grateful to the Clio team for the warm welcome — I’m excited for what we’ll build together. Today we celebrate. Tomorrow, we accelerate — because we’re creating the first end-to-end legal AI platform that will redefine how legal work gets done. #vLex #GoClio #VincentAI #LegalTech #LegalInnovation #Transformation #Gratitude https://lnkd.in/eiHuuZeSvLex | Clio Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire vLex for UvLex | Clio Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire vLex for U
