Permits

Date timeline

Any applications for permits (except the picketing and stationary rally registration forms) must be filed no less than 30 days nor more than 180 days from the special event. The reference is City of Gainesville ordinance No. 2019-34 concerning "Special Events and Special Events Permit".

Picketing and stationary rally registrations must be filed no less than 18 hours from the actual commencement of the scheduled event.
