Cooking and Camaraderie
Food has a way of bringing people together. At Clear Path for Veterans, our Culinary Services have been designed to create space for connection, skill-building, and shared experience — whether you’re sitting down to a meal or learning your way around the kitchen.
Our weekly community lunches are centered around nourishment, friendship, and finding your place at the table.
Canteen Lunch — Feast Among Friends
Every Wednesday, Clear Path welcomes veterans, service members, and their families to gather for a free, welcoming community lunch. The Canteen is more than a meal — it’s a place to connect, catch up, and feel at home among people who understand.
No registration. No cost. Just good food and good company.
Culinary Course — Build Skills for the Kitchen and Beyond
Our Culinary Course offers veterans hands-on training in meal planning, food preparation, and kitchen fundamentals. Designed to build confidence and practical skills, the program supports participants interested in pursuing opportunities in the food service industry.
Mobile Canteen — Bringing Community to You
Through partnerships with local veteran organizations, the Mobile Canteen brings Clear Path’s community meals beyond our campus. Veterans of all eras are invited to gather with family and friends to enjoy a complimentary meal — made possible by generous sponsors and community support.
The Mobile Canteen helps extend connection, nourishment, and camaraderie across the region.
Memorial Canteen — Honoring Lives Through Food and Memory
Memorial Canteens offer a meaningful way to honor a loved one’s life and legacy. Clear Path prepares a meal inspired by their favorites, shares their story through photos and written remembrance, and dedicates the gathering to their memory.
It’s a heartfelt way to bring people together in reflection, gratitude, and community.
