Charles Baxter

Charles Baxter was a foreman who led the terraforming team to Se'kith (Pallas III) and began surveying locations for terraforming equipment. The team was quickly surrounded by strange ships, captured, and placed under guard in what was Humanity's first interaction with the Xi'an, who released him as a gesture of good faith.^[1]
