Vikalp P. liked thisI am proud to share a milestone that reflects what consistent execution, strong partnerships, and client trust can achieve. In less than 2 years, IndGlobal Realty has grown into one of Emaar’s top-performing partners, delivering results that speak for themselves: • 309% business growth vs last year • AED 700M+ in transactions closed with Emaar in 2025 • AED 300M+ closed in Oasis from the last launch alone This achievement goes beyond numbers — it represents trust, delivery, and long-term relationships built with clients and partners. Grateful to Junaid Siddiqui, head of Sales at Emaar, and the Emaar team for their continued partnership and support.

After building 50+ apps, here’s the decision checklist we use with founders to choose the right framework: Team skills: Do you already have JavaScript developers on your team today? If so, React Native often gets you moving faster since it builds on their existing skills. If you’re starting with a new or mixed team, Flutter can sometimes be the cleaner option since it brings everyone onto the same page with Dart and Google’s tooling. Performance needs: Are you planning an app with heavy graphics, real-time updates, or complex animations? Flutter’s compiled code generally delivers smoother experiences in those cases. On the other hand, if you’re building a simpler CRUD-style application or something enterprise‑focused, React Native or even Xamarin might handle it well enough without extra overhead. UI/UX priorities: Do you want pixel‑perfect consistency across iOS and Android, where every button and animation matches exactly? Flutter’s widget system makes that possible. If instead you want each version of your app to feel right at home on its platform, React Native’s native component approach can deliver that ‘authentic’ look and feel. Community support: React Native currently benefits from a larger, more mature ecosystem, with a wide array of libraries, plugins, and developer knowledge. Flutter’s community is smaller but rapidly growing, and Google’s ongoing support suggests a strong future. Xamarin has its place too, especially within Microsoft‑centric enterprises, though it remains more niche. Long‑term scaling: Are you planning to grow beyond your MVP? Think carefully about plugin ecosystems, potential performance limits as your user base grows, and whether you’ll eventually migrate to a custom stack. Planning for these scaling factors early saves time, cost, and headaches later. Frameworks aren’t one-size-fits-all. This checklist has helped clients avoid costly rebuilds months down the road. Which box matters most to you when choosing a framework?

Are we witnessing the end game of traditional software engineering? We all grew up believing in software engineering as a craft — decades of human effort shaped by manual coding, bug-fixing, reviews, architecture debates. The term itself surfaced in the late 1960s, formalized around the 1968 NATO Software Engineering Conference — marking the moment when “programming” began to be treated as serious engineering. Over subsequent decades, software grew grander: large systems, distributed services, web, mobile, cloud — but also mounting complexity, technical debt, fragmented languages and endless maintenance cycles. Now in 2025, powerful AI models like Google Gemini 3 Pro and Claude Opus 4.5 are starting to write, reason about, and even architect code — with a fluency and scale previously unimaginable. This begs a hard question: Have we already reached the end of “software engineering” in the sense we once understood it? If humans coded relentlessly for 50+ years only to train an AI powerhouse… what’s next? I believe the next decade won’t be about new frameworks or languages — it’ll be about repaying the software-debt, auditing AI-written code, enforcing security, performance, maintainability. The “grunt work” will become less about typing lines and more about supervising, verifying and hardening AI output.
