Refund Policy

1. The Short Version

Failed generations refund themselves. Free credits have no cash value. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; consumed credits cannot. Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal.

2. Failed Generations

If a generation errors out — the model refuses, times out, or the pipeline fails — its credits are returned to your balance automatically. No ticket needed. A generation that completes successfully but doesn't match your taste is not a failed generation; iterate on it in the chat instead (edits are often cheaper than regenerating).

3. Free Credits

Free credits — the sign-up bonus, check-in credits and the daily allowance (accounts created before September 27, 2026, through September 30, 2026) — are gifts: they have no cash value and are never eligible for refund or exchange. Check-in credits expire 30 days after they are granted; the daily allowance expired at the end of each UTC day.

4. Purchased Credit Packs

Applies once billing is enabled:

• A credit pack that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• A partially used pack may be refunded within the same 7 days for the unused portion, valued at the pack's per-credit price.
• After 7 days, or once credits are consumed, purchases are final.
• Promotional or discounted bonus credits attached to a pack are forfeited on refund.

5. Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime in settings; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the current period ends.
• We do not prorate partial periods, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
• Credits granted by a subscription follow the validity shown when granted.

6. Billing Errors and Duplicates

Charged twice, or charged after cancellation? Open a support ticket within 30 days with the order number and we will correct it promptly.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing consumed credits) may lead to account suspension.

8. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from the Support entry in the sidebar, or email support@images25.ai, including the order number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
