Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Images25.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

The Service is an AI image agent: you describe what you want in chat, and the agent writes prompts, selects a model, and generates or edits images, animated GIFs and short videos through third-party AI models — including ChatGPT Images 2.5 (Flare and Sunburst) and other catalog models — accessed through licensed API providers.

Images25.ai is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, or any other model vendor. Model names are used to identify the underlying technology only.

We may add, change, or remove features and models at any time; where a change materially reduces the Service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility; tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use the Service.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to farm free credits; we may merge or close such accounts.

4. Credits

Generation is paid for in site credits:

• Free credits. Accounts created before September 27, 2026, 09:00 UTC receive — once signed in and after completing the guided tour — a daily allowance (currently 100 credits) through September 30, 2026 (UTC); it expires at the end of each UTC day. Accounts created from that moment receive a one-time sign-up bonus instead (currently 100 credits, which do not expire). Every signed-in user — from sign-up for newer accounts, from October 1, 2026 (UTC) for older ones — can check in once per UTC day to earn check-in credits over a 7-day round (currently up to 200 credits per round, in amounts that differ by day; missing a day starts the round over). Check-in credits expire 30 days after they are granted. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed. We may change the amounts, the schedule or the rules, or discontinue them.
• Promotional credits — the survey reward and any signup grant — carry their own validity periods, shown when granted.
• Purchased credits (when billing is enabled) are consumed after free credits that expire sooner. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
• Each model shows its credit price before you generate. Prices may change; the price shown at generation time applies.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically: if a generation errors out, its credits return to your balance. A generation that completes but does not match your taste is not a failure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• is sexual or pornographic, including explicit nudity and fetish content — and, absolutely and without exception, any sexualized depiction of a minor or of anyone who appears to be a minor;
• depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual, defamatory, or deceptive way without their consent, including intimate imagery and misleading "deepfakes";
• infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights of any party;
• is illegal where you live or where we operate, promotes violence or self-harm, or constitutes harassment, hate, or fraud;
• attempts to probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its models, or other users, or to circumvent content safeguards or rate limits.

The agent will refuse such requests. We may remove content, withhold generations, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund of consumed credits.

6. Your Content and Generated Outputs

• Your uploads (photos, reference images) remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service — for example, sending them to a model API to fulfill your request.
• You must have the rights to anything you upload, including permission from identifiable people in photos you edit.
• Generated outputs: subject to these Terms and to the underlying model providers' terms, we assign to you the rights we hold in outputs you generate. Outputs created on a paid plan may be used commercially; free-tier outputs are for personal, non-commercial use.
• AI models can produce similar or identical outputs for different users; we cannot guarantee uniqueness, and you are responsible for how you use outputs, including verifying they do not infringe third-party rights.
• Your generations are stored in your private library. You can delete them at any time; deletion removes them from public serving, with residual copies purged from backups on a normal cycle.

7. Beta Status and Availability

Parts of the Service may be offered as a free beta. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation speed, or that any given model remains offered.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via a support ticket. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse free credits, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for the Service or other users. Sections 5, 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "updated" date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
