How AI house exterior design works

1. Upload a photo of your house. A straight-on daylight shot of the front, with the whole facade in frame and few trees or cars in the way, works best. JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB work.
2. Pick a style, or describe the look in your own words, like "dark cedar siding with a standing seam roof". You can also add a photo of a house you like as the style reference.
3. Generate. The result usually arrives in under a minute. Drag the slider to compare it with your house, then download it or try another style.

The tool tells the AI to keep the house you have: its shape, rooflines, window and door positions, the surroundings, the camera position and even the sky and weather. It also tells the AI not to add elements the house does not have, like shutters. What changes are the facade materials, the colors, the roof and the trim. Look over each result before you rely on it, because AI can still alter a detail. If it does, generate again or switch to Max, which stays closer to your photo.

• Modern farmhouse: white board-and-batten siding, a black metal roof, black window frames and a wood porch.
• Contemporary: crisp render and timber cladding with minimal trim.

Lite is faster and uses fewer credits, which suits comparing all six styles on your house. Max gives sharper detail, closer to your photo, which matters for siding texture, roof material and trim. Use it for the picture you show your family, an architect or a contractor.

To switch, open the result you like and press Regenerate. It loads the same photo and settings, so you only change the model. If a generation fails, its credits are refunded.

New exterior or just new colors?

• Be specific about materials: "vertical board and batten" and "standing seam metal roof" give clearer results than "nice siding".

• Change the structure: it does not add a floor, an extension or new windows, and it keeps the rooflines. It is a picture of new finishes, not a building design.
• Specify materials: it does not tell you which product, how much of it or what it costs.
• Check rules: planning rules and homeowners' associations still decide what you can build or paint.
• Show real products: siding, roofing and doors are drawn by AI, not from a catalog.
• Get every detail right: a window can shift or a tree can change. Check the result and generate again if needed.
