Daring Leader

Grasford Smith
Partner, Akerman

Picture
“Leadership carries a responsibility to strengthen institutions and create opportunities for others to lead. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how mentorship, access, and investment shape not only individual success, but entire communities. The Women’s Foundation of Florida is doing that work every day by empowering women and girls to step into leadership with confidence, purpose, and impact—and that is why I’m proud to participate as a Daring Leader.”
— Grasford Smith
