The F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association is a voluntary bar organization dedicated to the professional development of Black attorneys and the advancement of justice within the legal system. FMCBA promotes excellence through education, mentorship, community service, and advocacy.
Veronica Hazzard is a civil trial attorney who specializes in business litigation and construction defect matters. She is a proud graduate of Howard University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Veronica currently serves as President of the F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association.
Freddie Menard, Esq. attained her Bachelor of Science degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from Florida A&M University and her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. She has worked at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office since 2020 where she currently oversees the Conviction Review and Hate Crime Units. Aside from her dedication to justice, Freddie is deeply involved in the community and dedicated to voluntary bar service.
