Motivation

This property is a counterpart of statement disputed by (P1310). Even references are always supposed to support the claim, stated in (P248) can not state that the statement is who's position, so we need a qualifier for this. GZWDer (talk) 07:40, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
