I used this property in a reference snak to source a religion claim : https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q329&oldid=997580975#P140 . It’s a constraint violation but I don’t really think it should be. We have stuff to say that something is stated in a news article, « stated in », but not really « by whom », here it’s the case of a person that proclaims something in an event, that thing is reported in a newspaper article. statement supported by (P3680) seems perfect to say the « who » said. author TomT0m / talk page 08:31, 17 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
