Highly disappointed in Customer Service!
With all the positive reviews this company has, I’m not sure why I have had such a bad experience with the customer service department. I placed an order about 3-4 weeks ago and it was the wrong item I purchased to have it mounted and framed. I submitted a request less than 24 hours later to stop this order before it shipped and change it to the correct photo paper. Got AI responses back saying someone would contact me soon. Never heard back from them despite submitting additional requests. The item I wrongly ordered arrived and they sent an email afterwards saying “oh, looks like it was shipped before we could cancel it “. They say that they pride themselves on having great customer service, yet I’ve experienced nothing like that from them at all. Why is it so difficult to change my order to the correct photo paper? The website didn’t outline what would be the best choice of paper for what I wanted or I would have made that choice when I purchased it. With all the positive reviews I’m reading I can’t understand why I’m having such difficulty modifying this order. I’ve not had one person from Customer Service reach out to me to try and resolve things.
