Growth opportunities are limited, software work is not very innovative, and you often feel like a small cog in a huge machine with little impact. The company culture can feel almost cult-like. They heavily promote the idea that you’ll push technology boundaries, but that’s often not the case. Access to data and tools is very slow, which makes work frustrating.
