Good salary and benefits. Some very good engineers and people. Almost everything you can get in Google from the gym, spa cab to food and snacks.
Too much politics and favouritism on the kind of work you will get. There are managers who reward you silently if you work on weekends. They also work on weekends and send emails at 2am. if you have opinions they will make your life hell. The only comment you will get on your design doc by Indian engineers is formatting, this content should be here, that content should be here. They can even play politics if you do not put their name on the doc you write.
