Anthony Paluzzi shared thisAdam Chickman and team have been nothing less than amazing to work with on this. Not only is the relationship side so trusted to give this level of access but the results speak for themselves. We've been able to deliver a higher quality inquiry to our clients and our publisher partners are seeing a significant increase in their RPC. What RevdUp is building is truly awesome!Anthony Paluzzi shared thisHuge thank you and shout out to Anthony Paluzzi and the PALO team for taking a chance on our new bid optimization API. There's nothing like driving great outcomes with even better people. And a huge thanks to Shirjeel Ahmed and Katie Feeney for making it happen. Never felt so RevdUp for the road ahead!

Anthony Paluzzi shared thisGreg Resin has consistently been that option I can turn to when I need to scale the team with confidence. If Q2 new hires are a goal, I'd recommend just having a convo with him.Anthony Paluzzi shared thisDon't let hiring feel like a game of cards. In Poker or Blackjack, you play the hand you’re dealt. Sometimes it’s great. Sometimes it’s 6-7 suited and you’re just hoping it works out. That’s fine when it’s a game. But when you need to hire someone with a very specific, hard-to-find background, luck of the draw shouldn't be the strategy. Yet most companies still: • Post a job • Ask for referrals • Sift through hundreds of resumes • And hope the right person appears At Hammereye, we take a different approach. We consult with our clients to define the exact profile of the ideal hire, and proactively identify those people. So instead of reviewing hundreds of resumes, our clients meet a handful of candidates who already fit- people who likely wouldn't have applied otherwise. No gambling. Just the right hand from the start. We currently have bandwidth for a couple additional retained searches.

Anthony Paluzzi shared thisLead Generation World's Best Panel ... IMO. I'm extremely excited to be hosting this upcoming panel at Lead Generation World, as it's not only lined up with absolute killers in the marketing world, but it's also something that I'm eager to learn more about. BILLIONS in value have been produced by these leaders, and they're all joining me on stage. ▪️Warren Jolly, CEO of AdQuadrant. One of the largest agencies powering the largest brands. ▪️Teddy Truong, CEO of Scale Up Media and SeniorQuote, an absolute master media buyer who's been in the trenches. ▪️Ryan Y., SVP of Stone Canyon, a leader in Home Services, who leverages AI to grow his team into ultra-efficient, scalable media buyers. ▪️Anthony Paluzzi, CEO of PALO, who's vertically integrated in industries to seamlessly connect front and back ends. (panel host) You’ll walk away with... • How elite founders structure and scale their media buying teams without losing control • The systems they use daily to keep media, creative, and analytics in sync • How to turn “talented but unpredictable” media buyers into consistent profit centers • The leadership and incentive frameworks that make growth repeatable PS - if you’re joining and want a question asked, DM me and I’ll review it!

Anthony Paluzzi shared thisHey, good morning, it's me, Tony again. Remember when I posted that I hunt humans and for every repost we'd donate $50 to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation?... Well it worked, really well and you didn't bankrupt me! 👇 Details at the bottom I'm so happy to welcome Erin Shklanka to the PALO team! Culture is always the priority here at PALO, always...and Erin embodies the PALO culture as if it were second nature to her. She joins with a mission to expand our partnerships and grow our existing ones by pushing that culture further into the industry. We couldn't be more excited to have her on board! ❤️ Second, I would like to thank everyone who reposted the original post. Not only did it help grow our team, but we wrapped something that is very special, and that's giving back to a cause that I believe is very important, curing childhood cancer. You reposted 28 times, totaling $1400, but I rounded up to $2k since it sounded better. A small win, but a win that combined business and charity beautifully. This was honestly very moving to me. Thank you again. Have an awesome week, have an awesome end of your year, and have an awesome holiday season!

Anthony Paluzzi posted thisI've been in the legal marketing space, specifically PI, since 2014, and these past 6-12 months have seemed to be the most evolutionary I've really ever seen. I'm not just talking about SB37, I'm talking more about the overall strategy, tactics, and long-term outlook. → Facebook has become incredibly saturated, more than ever. → The Moat marketers used to have, has become shallower. → A shit ton of private capital has flooded in. → The mode of selling to the highest bidder doesn't create compensable cases like they used to; plaintiffs want more control. The biggest lever we've used to secure success in PI, becoming a partner, not a lead gen agency, with the firm. Don't just try to sell your leads, put yourself in their business and adapt to their metrics. It sounds so simple, but it's still rarely implemented. Plus, the money you can make by partnering deeper with a firm will FARRRRRR outweigh what you could make as simply a lead generator. Plus plus it's more fun. Plus plus plus, it enhances your brand equity to the 1000th degree. The firms want this!..they don't just want leads or calls. I was thinking about conversations with a PI marketing studs like Jeremiah Iroff and my buddy Jack Lewis, and they're successful because of this very thing...they partner with their firm clients. Success in legal comes from partnerships, not just marketing.

Anthony Paluzzi shared this🔹 Personal Injury Observation... I see so many ads across META and YouTube about car accidents, along with TV ads by some of the largest firms in the country, and they're all talking to an audience that they assume may not be solution aware. That makes me step back and ask ..."How do so many people still not know they can sue after an accident at this point?" I think some of the larger law firms out there are beginning to see this audience become more informed and are beginning to shift budgets to platforms like paid search, for people who are solution aware and capitalize on the highest intent channels. I was doing some research on two of the largest firms in PI, and it looks as if their YOY trends suggest they are investing much more into paid search than into the other channels. Pic below 👇 I'd love to hear from others if they disagree or simply see this as part of the overall platform stack.

Anthony Paluzzi liked thisAnthony Paluzzi liked thisAgency Y buying inbound calls: - Selling all sorts of shit; mixing outbounds, inbounds, and multiple verticals - Never on the dialer consistently - Forcing agents to do everything besides sell Agency X buying the same calls: - Consumer-initiated inbound only - Picks up immediately - Back office handles post-sale The result: Agency X runs one sales process: - Purely inbound - One type of call - No outbound Yes Agency X is boring but everyones making money. Agency Y runs outbound for 10 agents, final expense for five, and inbound for the rest, while trying to sell hospital indemnity and ACA at the same time Agency Y is stressful to run, has different commission structures to pay, and looks busy but is just a mess. Agency X picks up the phone immediately: - No field appointments - No jumping in and out of the dialer - Sales managers still showing off they can sell Agency Y books appointments in the field, takes long lunch breaks and wastes time driving around town; Agency X sets agents up for success: - On the phone before the hire - 10 agents per sales manager - Back office handling everything but sales Agency Y spends $6-10k training agents without knowing if they can sell or not.... Then expect those same agents to do everything after the sale. Agency X is more scalable: - No split focus - No hybrid model crap - The same process on every call Agencies like Y still survive on residuals off the hybrid field model; Agency X scales because the process is repeatable. The combination of one type of call, agents on the phone before the hire, and a back office after the sale makes Agency X's process repeatable. You probably operate Agency Y if you’re old, like over 50 and have the luxury of residuals that are being taken from Agency X.

If you’re using Ringba or another call tracking platform, you may be paying extra for features that should already be included—things like real-time bidding (RTB), real-time or post-call transcription, call recording, and other add-ons. For many teams, those extra fees add up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars each month. TelDrip takes a different approach. These features are already included in our monthly packages—no expensive add-ons required. On top of that, our cost per number is lower, our per-minute pricing is more competitive, and our platform is designed to be simple and easy to navigate. Our team will also guide you through the migration process so switching platforms is smooth and hassle-free. Start maximizing the profitability of your call campaigns—make the switch to TelDrip. Start earning more from your call campaigns today and make the switch!

When I first got into legal marketing, I thought the job was about running good ads. I was wrong. The job is understanding what a person goes through in the first 48 hours after a car accident or after finding out a drug they trusted hurt them. They're scared. They're in pain. They don't understand the system. And they're being targeted by a dozen firms at once. The best legal marketing isn't aggressive. It's empathetic. When we build campaigns at Adwire Media, we think about that person — not just the click. That's what separates ads that convert from ads that just spend money. This industry can do a lot of good when it's done right. #LegalMarketing #MVA #MassTort #PersonalInjury #PurposeAndProfit #LawFirmMarketing

Is it time to bring more static campaigns back into the mix? Real-time bidding can be useful when buyers need flexibility and publishers want access to available demand. But for some campaigns, all that movement can make it harder to keep the economics and expectations clear. A traditional static campaign can offer a simpler setup. Known terms: Buyer and publisher agree on the price and call requirements up front. More predictable routing: Calls go where the campaign rules say they should go. Easier performance reviews: With fewer moving parts, it can be simpler to understand what’s working and what needs attention. Stronger working relationships: Both sides know what to expect and can focus on improving call quality and outcomes. Static isn’t the right fit for every campaign. RTB still has a place when demand, capacity, or pricing needs to change quickly. But if a campaign is becoming difficult to manage, returning to fixed terms may be worth testing. The goal isn’t to choose a model because it’s newer or older. It’s to use the one that gives both sides clear expectations and a sustainable path forward. Where have you seen static campaigns work better than RTB?

🚨 Marketing evolved. Intake didn’t. 🚨 Law firms are investing more than ever in SEO, paid search, video, and AI — yet many are still losing cases because intake can’t keep up. Slow follow-up, missed calls, and inconsistent responsiveness remain some of the biggest threats to growth in 2026. That’s why we’re partnering with CallRail. CallRail helps firms connect modern marketing to modern intake — answering every call, identifying high-value leads, and giving teams the visibility they need to respond faster and convert more of the leads they already paid for. In 2026, the firms that win won’t generate more leads — they’ll capture them. 👉 Link here to learn more: https://lnkd.in/eZ5sdVQB #CallRail #CallRailPartner #LegalMarketing #LawFirmGrowth #ClientExperience #IntakeOptimization CallRail

How much of your marketing budget is actually generating new cases? Many personal injury firms invest 20–35% of revenue into marketing, but hidden inefficiencies can quietly drain ROI. One of the biggest? Existing clients clicking on paid ads just to contact your firm. In our latest blog from Case Status®, we explore how improving client communication and experience can reduce wasted PPC spend, increase marketing efficiency, and help firms get more value from every dollar invested. Read the full article and discover why client experience may be one of the most overlooked drivers of marketing ROI. https://lnkd.in/eUC6V9FW #LawFirmMarketing #PersonalInjuryLaw #PILMMA #LegalMarketing #LawFirmGrowth #MarketingROI #ClientExperience #PPCAdvertising #LegalOperations #LawFirmManagement
