The Dillard House Farm Resort is one of those rare places where history is still very much alive, serving guests in the North Georgia mountains for more than a century and spanning generations of Southern Appalachian hospitality. What began as a family farm and boarding house has become a destination known for its family-style meals, sweeping mountain views, horseback riding, and traditions that have brought families back year after year. That kind of legacy carries weight. It also creates an interesting challenge: how do you evolve a brand without losing the very things that made it meaningful in the first place? This was the opportunity for our team at Phase 3 Marketing and Communications. Through brand strategy, identity, and messaging, we worked to help define what makes Dillard House so enduring — the stories shared around the table, the sense of place, and the family traditions woven into every guest experience. From that foundation came a simple but powerful idea: Many Happy Returns, a brand platform rooted in nostalgia, connection, and the hope that every visit inspires the next. For thirty years I’ve done one job: take something complicated and make it simple for the people who have the most to lose if they get it wrong — women, children, and families.<br><br>Right now that job is school health.<br><br>Most school nurses document care in a system that was never built for clinical work — a student information system with a health tab bolted on. The result is fragmented records, missed patterns, unclaimed Medicaid revenue, and a level of clinical risk no district would tolerate in any other setting. That gap is where kids get hurt.<br><br>MyCabinet School Health closes it. It’s the purpose-built EHR for K–12: SOC 2 Type 2 audited, designed with school nurses rather than for them, with a parent app that closes the communication gap in real time. We launched with Cobb County Schools as our founding partner and now serve districts across Georgia, Texas, Indiana, and Tennessee. This is my focus, and it is the most important work of my career.<br><br>MyCabinet, our health plan division, extends the same idea to families at home. Our patented virtual medicine cabinet gives members one trusted place to manage their medications and health essentials — because the moment people need answers is rarely the moment they can find them.<br><br>None of this started in a boardroom. It started with my own health experience, which taught me how hard it is to find the right care even when you know how to look. In 2010 I founded the Women’s Choice Award to fix that — building the trusted referral source that helps consumers identify hospitals and providers delivering excellence to women and their families.<br><br>Before that, as Group Publisher of Working Woman and Working Mother magazines, I helped set the corporate standards that defined how American companies treat women in the workplace.<br><br>
