John Quast shared thisProud of our teams for spending the afternoon giving back. Our colleagues volunteered with Feeding America, packing and labeling almost 17,000 pounds of food destined for families in our neighborhood. Thank you to everyone who participated, especially Generac’s home standby and portable product management and engineering teams for the opportunity to contribute. #Community impact #Volunteering #FeedingAmerica

John Quast reposted thisJohn Quast reposted thisHere at Generac, we have something of a mantra. "The best time to prepare for an outage is before it happens." That belief just manifested with the grand opening of our new distribution center in Augusta, GA. This facility is designed to get critical energy solutions to communities across the Southeast faster and more efficiently. Whether it's a portable #generator after a storm or a home standby generator installed ahead of one, our newest location helps us deliver on our promise to help people stay ready. We're proud to join the Augusta community. Join me in celebrating this moment!

John Quast liked thisJohn Quast liked thisBuild or buy? The most important question is why. At last week’s MedTech Conference, we discussed how build-to-buy strategies can accelerate innovation. But the strongest opportunities start with corporate strategy and stay focused on the people we ultimately serve. With Swan EndoSurgical, one of the fundamental questions was straightforward: Are we building technology that addresses a clear patient need and can ultimately help improve patient care? That patient-first lens matters. Technology creates meaningful value when it has the potential to improve outcomes, expand access to less-invasive care, and support clinicians and healthcare systems. I appreciate the thoughtful discussion with my fellow panelists. Donald E Bobo Jr, Tim Schmid, Todd M. Pope #MTC26

This weekend marks a truly special and emotional moment: the last MotoGP race at Phillip Island, bringing to an end an incredible chapter at one of the most iconic and spectacular circuits in the world. And what better way to celebrate this legendary venue than with Jack Miller racing one last time here in front of his home crowd. Being on the grid with Jack and our Pramac team is a reminder of what makes motorsport so special: passion, commitment, teamwork and the relentless pursuit of performance. Behind every rider stands an extraordinary group of people whose dedication makes it all possible. As PRAMAC , we are incredibly proud to be part of this journey and of a sport that reflects so many of the values we believe in. One last race. One iconic circuit. One unforgettable piece of MotoGP history. Thank you, Phillip Island! Thank you Jack! #MotoGP MotoGP™ #PhillipIsland Pramac Racing Team #PrimaPramacYamaha Generac International

John Quast liked thisJohn Quast liked thisEvery once in a while, you're reminded of what a great team can accomplish when they're aligned, empowered, and willing to challenge the status quo. Recently, a senior leader at one of the most established companies in the home improvement industry shared something that really stuck with me: What our team has accomplished in less than two years should serve as a playbook for other organizations looking to transform their partnerships. That's a pretty powerful statement. And one this team deserves to be recognized for. Turning around a business relationship doesn't happen overnight. It takes trust, accountability, difficult conversations, consistency, and a team that's willing to do what's right for the long-term growth of the business, even when it's not the easiest path. What makes me most proud isn't just the progress we've made. It's the people behind it. This team challenges me, holds me accountable, holds one another accountable, and never loses sight of the bigger picture. They've built credibility through their actions, not just their words. I love sales. I love marketing. And yes, I even enjoy the occasional operations discussion. But nothing is more rewarding than developing leaders, watching them grow, and seeing the impact they make in building stronger, more meaningful partnerships. To this team, Kyle Krivoruchka & Chris Landino, I'm incredibly proud of what you've accomplished, how you've accomplished it, and the leaders you've become along the way. We've come a long way in less than two years, and I know we're just getting started. #Leadership #TeamDevelopment #SalesLeadership #BuildingPartnerships

Ridi Stores, with 19 locations across Ohio and Michigan, has acquired McIntosh Energy Co., expanding its regional footprint in the Midwest with the addition of four c-store locations and a standalone fleet fueling site. The acquisition marks the company’s official entry into the Indiana market. McIntosh Energy Co., a Fort Wayne, Ind.-based fuel provider and Sunoco Distributor operating four MacFood Mart locations, has been in business for over 70 years. The company was founded by Russell McIntosh in 1953. Russel’s son, Ray McIntosh, took over as president in 1979. "We’ve always taken pride in serving our community, and we wanted to ensure these stores would be in good hands for the future. Ridi Stores shares our commitment to customers and community involvement, and I’m confident they will continue to provide the level of service our guests have come to know and love,” said Ray McIntosh. Ridi Stores will also be taking over McIntosh Energy’s bulk fuel delivery operations and Pacific Pride fleet card services, including a standalone fleet fueling site in addition to its MacFood Mart locations. Operations will continue “with the same reliability and service standards customers have depended on for decades,” the companies noted in a statement. “Our entry into Indiana reflects Ridi Stores long-term commitment to serving Midwest communities with high quality fuel, fresh food offerings and a friendly service our customers have grown to love,” said Loui R., president and CEO of Ridi Stores.
