Dave Helmreich shared thisI’m hiring a Chief of Staff at TripleLift: part strategy consultant, part operator, and my right hand as we scale. You’ll help shape the strategy and then stay to make it happen. This is not an administrative role. It’s a high-trust seat on the exec team, reporting directly to me, and it’s built as a stepping stone to senior strategy, operations or P&L leadership. Why now: TripleLift is the Creative SSP powered by TL Spark, our agentic intelligence layer. We bring creative, supply, audience and measurement together into one outcome-driven system across the open internet, retail media and CTV. The work is hard, the opportunity is real, and the team moves with intent and urgency. What you’ll do: 🧠 Be a thought partner to me and the exec team on strategic questions, building the KPIs that tie to our mission 🏎️ Drive cross-functional initiatives across finance, operations and go-to-market, including margin improvement, and growth programs 🫸 Pressure-test plans before rollout and give candid, data-backed feedback 🏃♀️➡️ Run the executive operating rhythm, including board and sponsor prep 🏋♀️ Support 100-day plans, synergy tracking and integration work for M&A ✨ Work closely with Vista Equity Partners on strategic initiatives and key operating priorities What I’m looking for: - 4+ years at a top strategy consulting firm or experience in investment banking, ideally with corporate strategy, operations or PE portfolio exposure - Comfort moving between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution - Low ego, high output, and the ability to influence without authority - Willingness to roll up your sleeves - An MBA, Masters, PE portfolio experience, or a background as a military officer are all a plus. Hybrid, 3 days a week in our New York office. If this sounds like you, apply, DM me or send it to someone great. Full job description and application: https://lnkd.in/eNsS_J5Y

Dave Helmreich reposted thisDave Helmreich reposted thisFor years, CTV and commerce media operated in separate lanes. CTV was upper-funnel and hard to measure. Commerce media lived on-site, proving itself in real time. 🛒 📺 But things are changing. Now, with secure data clean rooms, retailers are bringing their first-party data directly to CTV. 📊 Brands that combine smart targeting with creative formats, built for CTV, earn triple-digit ROAS and incremental customer acquisition. Taylor Stewart, VP of Growth & Emerging Channels at TripleLift, sums up how commerce media finally lets you prove CTV performance cleanly and at scale. Dave Helmreich reposted thisDave Helmreich reposted thisCommerce media is moving beyond the app. Uber Advertising has named TripleLift the first partner for our U.S. offsite audience expansion. Advertisers can now reach Uber's high-intent audiences across Triplelift’s premium open-web inventory, activated through private marketplace (PMP) deals on their preferred demand-side platforms (DSPs). These audiences are built on our first-party signals of how people move, order, and shop, so brands can reach consumers before, during, and after their Uber rides or deliveries. Dave Helmreich shared thisTripleLift is the first SSP partner for Uber Advertising’s U.S. offsite audience expansion. Advertisers can now activate Uber’s audiences across the open internet through PMP curation, in the DSP they already use, across mobile, web and in app. Commerce media stops at the edge of the app. That is the problem. The highest-intent signals in advertising live inside commerce environments. Until now, advertisers could not take them anywhere else. Real-world movement and purchase behavior, applied to premium supply and creative build to perform. Dave Helmreich reposted thisDave Helmreich reposted thisSpending time at the The Female Quotient is always a great experience, and this time was no exception. Yesterday, at Advertising Week New York, TripleLift VP of Enterprise Business Development, Lauren Gabriele, sat down with Brittany Thompson, Nicolina Duhs, Leslie Lee and Jaclyn "Jacs" Wyatt talk about how to remain relevant no matter where audiences choose to spend their time. As Lauren put it: “As consumers, we don't think in terms of platforms. We're living our lives and following these very sorcerous 'choose your own adventures'. Success comes down to following the audience across that entire journey and capturing their attention to drive real impact at the end of the day.” Thank you to the Female Quotient for facilitating such an important conversation and to all the panelists for sharing your insights. #AdvertisingWeek #FQLounge #AdTech #Leadership

Dave Helmreich liked thisDave Helmreich liked thisBig day for Perion! We announced a definitive merger agreement with Affle, a leading global technology company, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. You can read more about it here: https://lnkd.in/gHMi5n3w Over the past several years, this team has turned Perion into a different kind of ad tech company, one built on innovation, execution, and results you can measure. Perion One and our Outmax AI agent are changing how advertising gets executed and optimized across channels, and we’re just getting started. Affle spent months on diligence, digging into our business, our technology, and our capabilities. In football terms, they watched every snap of film before making the offer. I take their decision as a strong vote of confidence in what we’ve built and where we’re headed. Credit to Tal Jacobson for leading us here, and to Anuj Khanna Sohum & the Affle team for the open, constructive partnership along the way. The fit makes a lot of sense. Affle brings proven expertise in mobile performance and real global reach, and that complements what we do well. Together we can get into new markets and deliver more value to brands, agencies, and media owners. Most of all, this is a credit to the people at Perion. Technology doesn’t build itself. Our product and engineering teams innovate every day, our sellers and account teams earn our clients’ trust, and the people behind the scenes keep it all running. The talent, grit, and work ethic across this company are why today happened. Every one of you had a hand in it, and I couldn't be more proud to be on this team with you all! To our clients and partners across the Americas: thank you for your trust. Our relationships with you come first, and you’ll keep getting the same innovation, service, and results from us. The deal is expected to close in early 2027, subject to required approvals and other closing conditions. Until then, nothing changes: we keep executing, keep supporting our teams, and keep delivering for our customers and partners. Let’s GO!! #Perion #Affle #AdTech

Dave Helmreich liked thisDave Helmreich liked thisToday marks an important milestone for Perion. We announced that we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with Affle, a leading global technology company. Over the past several years, we have transformed Perion into a differentiated advertising technology company, driven by innovation, strong execution, and a focus on measurable business outcomes. Through Perion One and our Outmax AI agent, we continue to advance how advertising is executed and optimized across channels. Following months of extensive due diligence and a close evaluation of our business, technology, and capabilities, Affle's decision to enter into this agreement reflects the value it sees in what we have built and our long-term potential. I've also enjoyed getting to know Affle's Chairperson and CEO, Anuj Khanna Sohum, and his team over these past months, and appreciated the open and constructive conversations along the way. Affle's established expertise in mobile performance and global reach complement our strengths, creating opportunities to expand into new markets and deliver greater value to brands, agencies, and media owners. Above all, this milestone is a testament to the talent, dedication, and hard work of our people. I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished together and grateful to everyone who has contributed to this journey. To our customers and partners, thank you for your continued trust. Your business and our relationships remain at the heart of everything we do, and we remain fully committed to delivering the innovation, service, and results you expect from us. While the transaction is expected to close in early 2027, subject to required approvals and other closing conditions, our focus remains unchanged: executing our strategy, supporting our teams, and delivering value to our customers and partners.
