After 13 remarkable years, tomorrow I start a new chapter as Executive Chairman of the Board at Xometry. Building this company alongside my co-founder Laurence Zuriff and our many colleagues has been the privilege of my career. What started in a small office in Gaithersburg, Maryland has evolved into a world-class company. I am thrilled to pass the CEO role to Sanjeev Singh Sahni. When I set out to find Xometry's next leader, my wish list was long: hardworking, tech-savvy, disciplined, innovative, relentlessly customer-focused, kind, and fair. Sanjeev has proven he is all of those things since joining Xometry as our President in January of 2025, and I’m excited to see him help Xometry realize its full potential as our CEO. I am endlessly grateful to everyone who has played a role in Xometry’s success. To our customers and manufacturing partners, thank you for trusting us to be part of what you build.
