🏦 A startup we are working with, building AI agents for deep work in financial services, due diligence, risk monitoring and compliance, is hiring a senior software engineer. The traction is rare. Names like MetLife, UBS and Capital Group already run on it, and a quarter of the top 20 global financial firms use it to cut manual work. You build agentic systems that large institutions depend on in production, not demos that live in a deck. 📍 Bengaluru, 💰 ₹50-100 LPA cash + ESOPs, 4-10 years of exp If you want your code trusted by the biggest names in finance, this is the role. 🛠️ A product team we are hiring for is looking for a lead full stack developer who lives in Node.js on the backend and Flutter on mobile. This is equal parts hands on engineering and technical leadership. You own architecture end to end across backend, mobile and AWS, and guide the engineers around you. It is for senior builders who still ship code and want the call on how systems get designed. 📍 Mumbai, 💰 ₹30-45 LPA, 7-10 years of exp If you can lead a team without putting the keyboard down, this is your role. 🚀 A Sequoia backed startup we are working with, building the first revenue operating system where autonomous AI agents run revenue workflows end to end, is hiring a platform engineer. You will build the infrastructure powering that agent swarm at serious scale, around 300 billion tokens a month, often dipping into applied AI in what is essentially a founding role. It is for engineers who want to build systems that hold up under real, sustained production load, not demos. 📍 Bengaluru (in office), 💰 ₹30-50 LPA + ESOPs, 2-6 years of exp If you have kept production systems alive under real scale, this is the role. An AI startup we are working with, replacing legacy CRMs for commercial trades (HVAC, plumbing, fire safety) with AI agents, is hiring a Founding Product Leader. They are already at 200+ paying customers and roughly $1M ARR. You will own product end to end, from problem to prioritization to outcome, and keep engineering and GTM aligned around real customer impact. It is for product builders who have taken SaaS from 0→1 and are comfortable shaping AI-native systems like LLMs, RAG and agents. 📍 Bangalore (HSR, 2 days WFO), ₹60–90 LPA, 5–10 years of exp Have you owned product 0→1 in a fast-moving SaaS team? An enterprise AI startup we are working with, founded by a repeat founder behind multiple billion-dollar infrastructure companies, is hiring a Technical Director and Site Leader. You will stand up and scale their engineering hub, lead a world-class team, and stay hands-on across product and execution while working directly with the founder. It is for senior engineering leaders who want to build a site from the ground up, not inherit one. 📍 Hyderabad, ₹130–250 LPA, 10–15 years of exp If you have built and scaled an engineering team from scratch, this is a rare seat. An AI startup we are working with, building the commerce layer where streaming, creators and shopping meet, is hiring a Founding Engineer. You will build AI-powered creator storefronts and the commerce infra behind them, shipping end-to-end AI pipelines (LLMs, multimodal models, embeddings, vector search) across consumer and WhatsApp surfaces. It is for hands-on builders who ship fast, work directly with founders, and are genuinely curious about where AI is actually useful. 📍 Bengaluru, ₹60–90 LPA, 6–10 years of exp Built something real with LLMs and multimodal APIs? A curated creative talent marketplace we are working with is hiring an Office Operations Manager. The role runs the workplace end to end: day-to-day office and facilities, employee engagement and events, vendor onboarding and negotiations, and cross-functional project coordination for leadership. It is for operators who keep everything running smoothly and quietly love the details no one else notices. 📍 Powai, Mumbai, ₹12–13 LPA, 3–4 years of exp Know someone who makes offices run like clockwork? 💡 One question every candidate should ask before accepting a job offer: "What does someone need to do in this role to be considered exceptional after one year?" Most candidates ask about compensation, work culture, reporting structures, or growth opportunities. Those are important questions. But this one tells you something far more valuable. It reveals how the company defines success. The answer can tell you whether the role is focused on execution, ownership, innovation, leadership, customer impact, or something entirely different. For example: One hiring manager might say: "If you're able to independently own a product area and improve key metrics, you're doing exceptionally well." Another might say: "If you can build and lead a team within the first year, that's what success looks like." Same job title. Completely different expectations. This question also helps uncover red flags. If the interviewer struggles to answer, gives a vague response, or changes the definition of success midway through the conversation, it may signal that the role itself lacks clarity. The best opportunities are often the ones where expectations are well-defined. Because clear expectations lead to better performance, better feedback, and faster career growth. Before you evaluate a company, make sure you understand how they will evaluate you. What's one question you always ask before accepting a role? 🚀

Everyone asks what success looks like. Almost no one asks what failure looks like. That second question is the one that actually protects you. Near the end of your next interview, ask this: "What usually trips people up in this role, and what do the people who don't work out here tend to get wrong?" Why ask it: most interviews are a highlight reel. This question gets past the pitch and makes the interviewer describe the real hard parts of the job, the ones that never make it into the job post. Because you asked directly, people tend to answer honestly. What you get to know: the actual difficulties, like unclear scope, one tough stakeholder, or constant context switching. You learn whether the team is self aware, and whether you would genuinely enjoy the parts of the job other people find hard. And if the interviewer cannot name a single thing, that is its own answer. You are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you. What is the boldest question you have ever asked in an interview? #InterviewTips #CareerAdvice #JobSearch #Freshers #Hiring
