Seems like we’re living in Wonderland! 🎊✨ This Halloween season 🎃, we took a trip down the rabbit hole 🐇 and turned Nordeus into a world of curious characters, mad hats, and a little bit of magic. 🪄 🎩 Because when it comes to Halloween, things are always curiouser and curiouser!🃏 Our people went all out with their costumes, bringing Wonderland to life in the most creative ways. Now, we have to ask: which costume is your favourite? 👀👇

It was supposed to be a surprise, but let’s be honest - this has been a long-awaited visit to Nordeus. That's why we organised our fireside chat & called a legend, a true leader, rock-solid under pressure - 🏆⚽ 𝐍𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐚 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐜 to share the lessons we can all learn from & get inspired by. On stage, our VP of Marketing, Andrej Kugonič, led the conversation, diving into the mindset and experiences behind a legendary career. 🎤 During the fireside chat, this 3️⃣ things stood out for us... •⁠ ⁠𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. “Reflection helps me improve and be better for my team, family, and community. That leads me to learn from my mistakes. Mistakes show you what needs to change to reach your goal - the problem is not making a mistake, but repeating it. Several months ago, 4 Full Stack Interns walked through the Nordeus door for the first time. 🙌 Two landed on the Top Eleven team. Two joined Golf Rival. And from day one, they were part of the Nordeus team. From the first lines of code to making a real impact on products loved by millions of players around the world! Here's what that looked like in practice: ✅ Real projects from day one- their work was seen (and played) by our players ✅ A dedicated mentor to learn from and work alongside- they were there for all their questions ✅ A seat at the table as an equal part of the team ✅ And yes - a spot on our June team building trip. Imagine coming into the office one day and ending up in a room with the COO of the company behind some of your favorite games. NBA 2K. Borderlands. Civilization. Bioshock. That's exactly what happened at Nordeus this week! 🥹✨🫶 Branko sat down with Phil Dixon, COO at 2K, for a Fireside Chat in our auditorium. Phil has built an impressive career in gaming, having moved from e-commerce to leading one of the industry's most iconic publishers. One insight that stuck with everyone in the room: the single biggest predictor of whether a game will be successful is whether the entire team is aligned on who their player is, and who they're making the game for. Something that truly resonated with everyone in the room and that we are guided by every day. Thank you for the visit, Phil - our door is always open! 👋

We brought our favorite people to work. ❤️ We opened our doors for Parents Day for the 3️⃣rd time ever — welcoming the people who played the biggest role in shaping who we are today. Parents, grandparents, siblings, uncles and aunts... and those one-of-a-kind friends who always had our backs. We wanted them to see where we make games, meet our team, experience where we collaborate — and most importantly, to get a real taste of the culture we're so proud of. ⛳️ Mladen Dulanovic ⚽️, VP of Strategy and Growth, kicked things off with an intro to Nordeus, a little bit about our history, and our games. Marija Beslać, Director of Comms and Partnerships at Nordeus Fondacija, shared the mission and impact that has driven us since day one. And then came the surprise — heartfelt messages from their kids and fellow Nordeans that nobody saw coming. 🤗 After that? The parents took over — hanging out, reconnecting, and meeting new faces, and of course, playing games. Thank you to everyone who came and made this day one we won't forget! ❤️ 🫂

Big news from the pitch! ⚽ 🎉 Top Eleven is teaming up with Saudi Arabia’s Roshn Saudi League, and the partnership will kick off with a month-long in-game takeover. All 18 clubs and the star-studded rosters of the Saudi Arabian top division will join us on the pitch across a number of in-game events, campaigns and more during the 2026/27 season. Roshn Saudi League talent will also take center stage in the newest iteration of the popular Top Eleven Gallery feature, where Top Eleven players will discover and collect the football stars found across the division- from Cristiano Ronaldo to Ollie Watkins, Yannick Carrasco, Saïd Benrahma patrolling the midfield, and many others. 🚀Nordeus Mentorship Program 2026 has officially started! What an incredible start to the 8-week journey! We officially kicked off the program by welcoming our first cohort into the Nordeus office. We opened our doors with a full tour of the space, followed by an intro session setting expectations for the next two months. Mladen Dikic, Lead Product Manager, then delivered a deep dive on Gaming as a Business, giving our mentees a strong foundation for their first steps in gaming. The best part? Seeing all the mentees finally meet their mentors in person and connect over their shared tracks! 🙌 Here’s to the next 8️⃣ weeks of learning, collaboration, and successful projects! 👏
