The workforce architecture for the AI era is taking shape. Last month, we introduced two roles designed to sit at the center of it. Frontier Certified Engineers bring together strategic thinking and technical fluency to redesign how work gets done, building business processes from the ground up for AI-enabled environments and identifying where automation creates durable competitive advantage. Frontier Business Operators, meanwhile, are accountable for outcomes. They run blended workforces of human and digital labor, orchestrating AI agents, automation and human judgment to deliver measurable business results in real time. Both are trained and certified through SkillSpring, Cognizant's proprietary platform, across learning paths spanning: ✅ AI fluency and process design ✅ Data interpretation and operational leadership ✅ Human-AI collaboration at enterprise scale As a platform-agnostic AI Builder embedded in clients' businesses across industries and decades, Cognizant brings the domain expertise and long-term accountability that turns AI capability into realized value. Cognizant has been named to the Leading Pack in TechMarketView's Market Readiness Index 2026, the UK's flagship benchmark for how prepared services providers are to guide enterprises through AI transformation. Of the ten largest providers assessed, we were one of just four to score above the cohort average across all six dimensions, with our highest mark in suitability of offerings. TechMarketView highlighted our position as an AI Builder, pointing to our three-vector strategy (Enabling Hyperproductivity, Industrializing AI, Agentifying the Enterprise), our platform stack including Neuro® AI Suite and Cognizant Agent Foundry, and 350+ reusable agents already in production. The report also recognized our workforce investments: expanding entry-level talent, deploying Claude across 350,000 employees, and scaling Synapse toward our goal of upskilling two million people by 2030. We have officially launched Cognizant Neuro® AI Trust, a new platform built to give enterprises real-time oversight and control across their AI systems. As companies move from single models to sprawling networks of autonomous agents, traditional governance can’t keep pace. Neuro® AI Trust closes that gap with an interoperable layer that works across any model or agent setup. Guardian Agents continuously monitor system behavior and flag risks, while an intelligence layer evaluates interactions in real time and enforces policy. Both come together in one dashboard, so teams can catch issues early and act with confidence. Standout capabilities include: Full visibility into agent behavior ✅ Automatic detection of risky coordination patterns ✅ Real-time policy enforcement supporting alignment with frameworks like the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF ✅ Instant policy updates with no code changes ✅ Human escalation for high-stakes decisions ✅ Audit-ready replay of any AI interaction This launch reflects our commitment to helping enterprises scale AI responsibly, with the trust and accountability today's regulators, employees and customers expect. Most enterprise AI programs are built for awareness. This one was built for accountability. The CIS AI Torchbearers Program put senior technologists — architects, tech leads, and SMEs — through a rigorous immersion across AI foundations, agentic systems, AI-first delivery, and infrastructure redesigned for AI-native workloads. Not to broaden their exposure. To change how they operate inside client accounts. Participants returned as AI Coaches. Equipped to drive adoption with intention, bring clarity to delivery teams, and translate AI capability into measurable client outcomes. The model proved replicable. It has since been formally adopted across Cognizant service lines as the standard AI Coach Program. For clients, that has a direct consequence. The technologists managing their accounts are not learning AI alongside them. They are already operating inside it. #AIBuilder Anuj Bhalla Rajesh V. Arumugam Kumaradassan Sheema Tasneem

Compute may be the new oil, but crude oil sitting in the ground is not worth much on its own. Pamela Axtell and Anup Prasad, SVP at Cognizant, dig into what it takes to turn AI capability into enterprise value. In Aston Martin F1 Team, one bad decision can cost you the race. So how do you get it right? It all comes down to data and knowing when to trust it completely. From running millions of race strategy simulations to pushing the boundaries of what technology can do on and off the track, the AMF1 Team knows that speed without intelligence isn't enough. That's where Cognizant comes in. As an AI builder, we help bring it all together, giving teams the tools to make smarter decisions, faster Watch this video from ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 to learn more.

AI is creating the jobs of the future faster than workers can transition into them. That gap has a cost, and closing it requires more than technology. ' Today, Cognizant joins the launch of RAISE US as a founding partner, alongside Amazon, Anthropic, Microsoft, IBM, and dozens of leading employers, governors, and philanthropies committed to building workforce pathways for the AI economy. As an AI Builder, this work sits at the heart of what we do. Partnering with governors, employers, and educators to co-design and scale workforce transition models that unlock the full power of AI while shifting greater value and wages to the frontline. Proud to help build this: https://cgnz.at/6041vUYTL #RAISEUS

AI capability has multiplied many times over within a single budget cycle. The share of organizations converting it into value has barely moved. Our CEO, Ravi Kumar S has a name for that distance: the AI velocity gap. And in his latest TIME op-ed, he argues that closing it is a trillion-dollar opportunity for enterprises and the entire economy. His thesis is built on a simple but important distinction. There are companies that deploy AI and companies that turn AI into real outcomes. The gap between them is not the model they chose or the budget they spent. It is what they built around it. Around 85% of organizations are overrunning their AI budgets, undone by token consumption that no one forecasted. The system around the model is where the spend either compounds or disappears. The first engine of that opportunity is doing existing work in entirely new ways. AI compresses the hours and cost of work, letting enterprises deliver more value faster than ever before. Old work, done in new ways, unlocking more software consumption and new value pools that did not exist before. The second engine is where the real opportunity lives. Agentic systems built for production. Institutional knowledge encoded into models that behave reliably where consequences are real. Entirely new demand for work that did not exist three years ago. The second engine doesn't offset the first. It overshadows it. Read Ravi's full argument in TIME: https://cgnz.at/6049vU5IH
