If speedy deliveries were an Olympic sport, we'd be taking home the gold. 🥇 In 2025, Amazon delivered to Prime members around the world at our fastest speeds ever—marking three consecutive years of record-breaking performance. Prime members saved over $105 billion on fast, free delivery as our teams navigated every obstacle to get packages where they need to go. Whether it's same-day essentials or next-day arrivals, our delivery partners are world-class athletes in their own right, going the distance to serve customers every single day.
About us
Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one. Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world. Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind. You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.

I’m proud to share Ring’s Super Bowl ad introducing Search Party for Dogs. When we started on this idea, we kept coming back to the fear that sets in when a family dog goes missing—and how much that fear eases when neighbors show up to help. We were intentional about keeping the creative focused and grounded, built around a simple idea people could relate to and recognize from their own communities. What matters most about this work: Ring is more than the physical products people buy. It’s about enabling neighbors to show up for one another in moments that matter—like helping reunite a lost dog with its family. We’re not just a doorbell or camera company. We build technology that helps neighbors show up for one another when it counts. Our mission has always been about helping people feel safer at home—and that includes knowing your pets are safe. Since launch, more than one dog per day has been reunited with their family. If this ad helps even one more dog make it home, we’ve done our job. Here’s to neighbors helping neighbors, and showing up when it matters most. (And yes, Jamie's dog, Biscuit, makes a brief cameo 🐶)

The most satisfying delivery you'll hear today. 📦 This is what precision sounds like at our LEJ5 fulfillment center in Germany—the rhythmic hum of conveyors, the crisp scan of each barcode, the smooth glide of packages moving through our fulfillment center. Every sound, every step, perfectly orchestrated with one mission: getting your order to you, safely and quickly. Turn up the volume and experience the journey. 🎧

Customers count on us during winter storms, especially for groceries and essential items. At Amazon, we're carefully monitoring the coming winter storm across the U.S. to balance getting orders delivered with our top priority, which is the safety of our teammates and delivery partners. Our team of meteorologists are tracking the storm in fine detail so that we can make the necessary adjustments to our operations, and we’re already in regular contact with our teammates and delivery partners to ensure everyone is aware and ready. And, of course, if the storm moves into disaster territory and our communities are impacted, our Disaster Relief team is on standby, but let’s hope it doesn’t come to that. Stay safe, everyone.

Ten years in the top three doesn’t come from chasing recognition. It comes from staying grounded in what matters. Today, Amazon was named among Fortune’s 2026 World’s Most Admired Companies list for the tenth consecutive year. In 2025, that commitment showed up in very tangible ways across the company, especially for our employees. Here are a few examples: ✔️ We expanded education and training programs for employees, committing $2.5B to prepare 50 million people for the future of work. ✔️ We invested over $1B invested in employee pay and more affordable health care. ✔️ We are developing practical AI that improves safety, efficiency, and everyday experiences. What stands out to me most is how interconnected this work is. When we innovate thoughtfully, we not only deliver faster for our customers - we create safer workplaces, teamwork, stronger career pathways, and more resilient communities. We deliver the future together. I’m proud of the teams who do this work every day, often behind the scenes, and keep raising the bar on what responsible innovation looks like. At Amazon, it’s always Day 1. https://lnkd.in/gx8m2fXe

My team and I spend every day thinking about how AI can help advertisers and partners plan, create, and grow their businesses – so it was a welcome change of pace to talk about how I use it on the home front, too. I loved being part of this story that shares how leaders across Amazon are using AI outside the office: keeping family calendars from imploding (yes, that one’s me), discovering new books, and turning handwritten family recipes into a conversation in the kitchen (definitely borrowing that one 🍽️). Across everything from shopping hacks to daily routines, it was fun to compare notes with Doug Herrington, Panos Panay, Kara H. Hurst, and Beryl Tomay on how AI is showing up in everyday life. If you’re curious how leaders across Amazon are putting AI to work beyond the day job, take a look 👇 https://lnkd.in/g9NSsSZA #AI #AmazonAds #LifeAtAmazon
