Unified Land Development Code
The City of Gainesville, Georgia adopted the Unified Land Development Code Dec. 17, 2024 . The Gainesville Development Code outlines regulations governing zoning, land subdivision, historic preservation, land development, building and related activities. The Gainesville Development Code also controls site and architectural design; soil erosion, sedimentation and pollution control; signs and advertising devices, among other topics.
