If you contact us via a form or email, we use your data only to handle your message. We do not automatically add you to a newsletter or marketing list.

4.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 works with cookies and online identifiers. We only use this if you give your consent.

4.2 Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn

We use conversion tracking and remarketing via Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. This helps us measure which campaigns work and show relevant ads. This also only happens with your consent.

5. Who do we share data with?

We do not sell your data. We only share data with processors necessary to run the website and enable measurement, such as:

  • Cloudflare (website platform and hosting)
  • Resend (email processing for contact form)
  • Google (GA4 and Google Ads)
  • Meta (Meta Pixel)
  • LinkedIn (Insight Tag)

6. Transfer outside the EEA

Our website runs on Cloudflare Workers, a platform with data centres worldwide including in the EU. However, Cloudflare is a provider headquartered outside the EEA. Google, Meta and LinkedIn are also international providers.

In that context, in exceptional cases there may be a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Where necessary, appropriate safeguards are used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You can request information about this via privacy@clickforest.com.

7. How long do we retain data?

We do not retain data longer than necessary:
