Hitesh Patel
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Hitesh started where a lot of great technologists start: on the ground, as a network engineer, learning how real systems break and how to keep them running. Over the next several years he grew from racking hardware and troubleshooting networks into designing the kind of infrastructure that businesses bet their operations on — moving from hands-on engineering, to leading teams, to owning the architecture and strategy behind it all. That six-year climb from the server room to the CEO's chair shaped how he leads today: he still thinks like the engineer who has to make things actually work.
At WPG, Hitesh sets the technical direction and holds the company to a simple, demanding standard — the systems his team manages stay up, stay fast, and stay reliable, even when everything is under pressure. Just as important to him are the people who build them. He's known for sweating the details others overlook and for caring about his team as much as the technology they ship.
Frank X. Walsh
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
A co-founder of WPG Consulting since 2014, Frank is the relationship at the center of everything WPG does. Where others see IT vendors, clients see Frank — the person who picks up the phone, knows their business, and has already thought about the problem before they've finished explaining it. Over the years he's become a trusted confidant to CTOs, IT leaders, and executives well beyond the server room, the steady voice they call before making a big decision, not just after.
That trust is earned the hard way: by being present, by keeping promises, and by translating what engineering teams need into terms the business actually understands. Frank has a rare gift for making complex technology feel manageable, and for turning one-off projects into partnerships that last for years. Approachable, dependable, and seemingly everywhere at once, he's the reason so many of WPG's clients stay clients — and why they bring him in on the conversations that matter most.
Scott Simon
Chief Revenue Officer
Scott Simon (goes by Simon) leads WPG Consulting’s revenue growth initiatives, combining deep experience in information security and strategic development. Simon's career spans leadership roles in technology and financial services, where he focused on cybersecurity expansion and innovative solutions. Simon holds a degree in Information Systems Management from NYU and serves on boards supporting tech and community development. Simon actively holds a PMP, CISSP, CCSP, and several industry certifications.
