Test and certify for high-quality Wi-Fi®
Wi-Fi CERTIFIED® testing and certification enables new technologies to become commercially viable, and delivers products that are interoperable, meet the highest technology standards, and anticipate future market needs. From the first certification in 2000 to more than 85,000 certifications today, Wi-Fi CERTIFIED programs are foundational to the rapid adoption and proliferation of Wi-Fi products.
Certification is available for a wide range of consumer, enterprise, and operator-specific products. Wi-Fi CERTIFIED devices are backward compatible — legacy devices can work with today’s newest products — and are required to include the latest WPA3™ security protections.
Wi-Fi Alliance certification programs and technologies are organized into several categories that represent different capabilities and functionalities. Use the categories below to provide a guide for choosing the right testing, certification, or technology for your product.
