This website is operated by DB Ecom Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, trading as VikingsBrand. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DB Ecom Group LLC. DB Ecom Group LLC is the seller of record for every order placed on vikingsbrand.co.

We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Products sold on this site are produced and dispatched by DB Ecom Group LLC and a network of independent fulfilment partners. DB Ecom Group LLC remains the seller of record and your counterparty for every order, regardless of which partner produces or ships an item.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colour accurately.

Hand-forged, handmade and made-to-order items vary slightly from piece to piece. Minor variation in grain, patina, finish and dimensions is a characteristic of these products, not a defect.

Certain products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Section 5 — Personalised and engraved items

Where you supply text, names, runes or dates for engraving or personalisation, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Personalised items are produced exactly as submitted, and we cannot accept returns for errors in the text you provided. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any text or artwork you supply and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to decline any personalisation request we consider unlawful, hateful or offensive.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders placed using the same customer account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address.
