Where to Find A Workbench in Outer Worlds 2
Workbenches are located in various regions and locations across the world. They can be found by exploring the different areas of a location. They are also usually found in settlements (sometimes, just beside a Vending Machine). Once you've found a Workbench station, it will automatically be featured on your map with a crossed Hammer and Wrench icon, so you can easily remember where to find it when you need to.

What is Crafting in Outer Worlds 2
Crafting in Outer Worlds 2 allows you to create items that can help you on your playthrough in exchange for resources. Players will be able to craft items such as ammo, primers, throwables, and inhaler charges. Mods acquired by any means will automatically unlock their corresponding recipe in crafting, so players can easily re-craft Mods if they need to.

How to Craft in Outer Worlds 2
To start crafting in Outer Worlds 2, players should have access to a Workbench, as you can only craft while using it. Upon opening the crafting screen, you'll be greeted with the items you can craft on the left, the materials required in the middle, and the description for each item on the right side of the screen. You can start crafting by first fulfilling the materials required per recipe. Each recipe will have its own required materials with varying quantities.

Items that can be crafted will have a green text color instead of red. You can also filter the category for recipes to easily find the recipe you need. Once you've crafted an item, it will consume the required materials from your inventory. So you'll have to be mindful of your resource management.

Recipes in crafting require various resources or materials to create. These resources can be found scattered throughout the world, often appearing in environments they originate from. For example, Scrap Metal and Foil can usually be found in industrial zones, while Cloth tends to appear near settlements. Players can also get materials by breaking down the Junk they've found while exploring the world. This can be done by accessing the Breakdown section of the Workbench.

How to Unlock More Recipes in Outer Worlds 2
