In the beta files (build 70170) it raises the critical strike chance of all melee abilities by 2/4%, the same kind of bonus Classic's version gave Raptor Strike and Mongoose Bite.Changed from Classic. Classic rank 1: Increases the critical strike chance of Raptor Strike and Mongoose Bite by 10%.
