SUGO is a social app designed to connect you with people from all over the world through voice and video calls. On this app, you can interact with individual users or join groups by theme, send direct messages to local users, and share your daily anecdotes. The goal is to meet people, though for much of it, you will have to complete daily tasks in the app or pay with real money.
Live chat rooms
Upon entering the main menu, you will see a list of rooms organized by topic where users can gather to debate, sing, or simply chat. You can request a turn to go up to the speaker panel and actively participate, or remain a listener in the audience, enjoying the music and the festive atmosphere created by each channel's hosts.
Private messaging and direct calls
If you want to foster a personal connection after meeting someone in a group, the platform also offers more direct ways to communicate. You can start a private chat by exchanging text messages to gradually build trust, or take the plunge with real-time voice and video calls. You can add people as friends, but to use the "say hello" feature, you will need to earn coins by paying with real money or completing tasks in the app. For example, you can get coins by saying hello to others, sending gifts, or staying in a room for at least five minutes, among other options.
Gifts and animations
To liven up conversations and support your friends, this service includes a large catalog of digital gifts. During an audio broadcast or in a chat, you can send eye-catching animations that fill the recipient's entire screen. This mechanic is not only visually appealing, but it also helps your profile climb the global ranking system, granting you special medals and decorative frames that will make your avatar stand out from the rest of the participants.
My experience with SUGO
I installed the app and completed my profile by adding a photo and a brief biography about my hobbies. From there, I browsed the different rooms before entering one labeled "relaxing music." After listening to several users chat for a while, I said hello in the text chat, and the host invited me up to the virtual setting to introduce myself. After having a nice chat, I sent a couple of animated gifts to the room moderator. Later, I checked the moments section, posted a picture of my pet, and replied to the private text message from a local user who had contacted me through automatic matching.
What I liked most about SUGO and what could be improved
· What I liked most: the integration of the automated assistant in private chats, which is useful for starting conversations when you don't know what to say.
· What could be improved: the menu navigation can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the large number of icons, temporary events, and notifications all appearing at once.

Terrible app. It banned my account and my device several times. I emailed to submit an appeal, but the admins didn’t respond, and today I lost access on my devices. They don’t respect users.
