Return & Exchange Policy
I. Scope of Application
We accept returns for items purchased directly from store.nexbie.com within 30 days of receipt. The following items are excluded from returns and exchanges:
l Gift cards (including physical and electronic cards);
l Products marked "All Sales Final — No Returns".
Excluded items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold. For additional details, please refer to the sections below.
II. Costs and Risk Allocation
1. For quality-related returns, all associated logistics and repair costs shall be borne by the Supplier (Refer to Section III).
2. For returns or exchanges due to non-quality reasons, all shipping, customs, and related charges shall be borne by the customer.
3. During the return shipping process, both parties shall insure the goods; each party shall bear the risk for their respective logistics segments.
4. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused (in their original received condition) with intact tags and original packaging, along with a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
5. No returns will be accepted for products altered after delivery, including but not limited to custom shoe inserts, custom footwear, or any other custom items purchased from store.nexbie.com.
III. Free Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may apply for a free return or exchange within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:
1. The product has obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., printing fracture, delamination, cracking, adhesive failure, or deformation);
2. The delivered model, color, or size does not match the confirmed order;
3. The product sustains serious damage during transit (supported by logistics photos or delivery confirmation records).
IV. Exclusions from Free Returns & Exchanges
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt under the following circumstances (subject to applicable fees and terms):
1. Returns resulting from incorrect size or color selection, or other non-defect reasons;
2. Products that have been worn, used, stained, or altered after delivery;
3. Requests submitted after the warranty period or beyond the specified reporting window;
4. Returns or exchanges arising from failure to receive goods normally due to the customer’s own reasons.
V. Return & Exchange Procedure
1. Upon discovering the issue, contact us at support@nexbie.com within the validity period, providing photos, order number, logistics batch number, and a detailed description of the problem.
2. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm acceptance of the return or exchange request.
3. Upon mutual confirmation, please return the goods to the designated address. We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods before issuing a refund or arranging a replacement.

5. Refund timeline: Normally, refunds will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned goods, excluding the following scenarios:
- Processing time may be extended during peak holiday seasons or promotional periods;
- The final refund credit time may vary depending on the refund channel.
VI. Inspection & Handling of Returned Goods
1、If inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will:
o Provide a free replacement with the same or equivalent model;
o Process the refund as requested.
2. If the returned items are not deemed defective, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a handling fee (typically 5–10% of the item’s value).
VII. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind!
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours, your order will already be processed and prepared for shipment, so we may not be able to cancel it.To request a cancellation, please email us at support@nexbie.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
We’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
VIII. Additional Provisions
1. We reserve the final right of interpretation of these Terms.
2. Relevant policies are subject to irregular adjustments and updates without prior notice.
