Does ProxyEmpire Have A Chrome Extension?

Yes. ProxyEmpire Proxy Manager is our free browser extension. It lets you use your proxies in Chrome without extra software, and it installs in Microsoft Edge and Brave too.

Add ProxyEmpire Proxy Manager to Chrome →

Set it up in three steps

  1. Install it. Click Add to Chrome, then pin it from the puzzle-piece menu. In Edge, first turn on “Allow extensions from other stores”; in Brave, click “Add to Brave”.
  2. Get your proxy details. Copy the host (v2.proxyempire.io), port (5000), username and password from the Proxy Manager in your dashboard.
  3. Add a profile and connect. Enter the details or import a list, then click the profile. The extension shows the connection status and latency.

What it does

  • Connect and switch between proxy profiles in one click, and organize them with folders, tags and search.
  • Import proxies in bulk and test them from the extension.
  • WebRTC leak protection, and timezone, language and geolocation matched to your proxy’s location.
  • A kill switch that blocks traffic if the proxy connection drops.
  • Connection status, bandwidth usage and latency at a glance, and an option to block images to save bandwidth.

Your profiles and settings are stored locally in your browser. For every other way to set a proxy in Chrome, see Chrome proxy settings. On Android, use the free ProxyEmpire Proxy Manager app.
