Go over your visits and every visit is still counted and shown.
Your price changes only when you press Upgrade, or when you turn on auto-scale with a limit you set.
No feature is held back for a bigger plan. Only visits and monthly amounts grow.
Cancel in a click and drop to Free. Close your account and we keep your data 12 months in case you come back, then delete it. Delete everything yourself, any time, in Settings.
What happens when you grow
Nothing stops and nothing costs more. Every visit is still counted, and recording carries on as before.
We move you to the step that fits your visits, up to a monthly limit you choose, and email you before any change. Monthly billing only.

For comparison, Lucky Orange’s Grow plan is $89 a month for 10,000 visits (its Shopify App Store listing, checked 18 October 2026). Here, 25,000 visits with every visit recorded is $29.
Questions
What counts as a visit?
One trip to your site. It ends after 30 minutes with nothing happening. Shopify calls these “sessions”. Bots don't count.
Is every visit recorded?
Yes. Every visit is recorded on every plan, short ones too (up to a safety limit of 50,000 new recordings per site per day), and reports and funnels count every visit. A site can turn it down in Settings (Record every visit), and then only the visits that matter are recorded: an error, a rage or dead click, a form left, or a key page such as checkout or contact.
Do I pay per site?
No. Add as many sites and people as you like. Their visits add up to one monthly number, and a spike on one site never affects recording on the others.
Is checking my own site extra?
No. Pages scanned is part of every step: 25k visits checks up to 25,000 pages, 500k checks up to 200,000.
Why pay when Microsoft Clarity is free?
Clarity shows recordings. Convertlyft also tells you what to change first, finds what’s broken, checks your site’s SEO and tracks your spot on Google.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings has a button that deletes your sites’ data for good. If you close your account and do nothing, we delete it after 12 months.
What is an SEO content brief?
A ready-to-write outline for one page you want found on Google: the search it targets, what to cover, the questions people ask, and what the pages already ranking do. You or your writer turn it into the page. One that fails is free: it counts only once it is ready.
Does checking my rankings now cost anything?
No. Check now is free, once a day for each search you track, and reads the top 10.
If prices change, what happens to mine?
You keep your price, with 30 days' notice before any rise. If a new plan gives you more for less, we move you to it.
What if I get more than 500,000 visits a month?
Email support@convertlyft.com and we size every amount to your traffic.
