- The Senate received from the Clerk of the House this morning HB 4145, Increasing the annual salaries of members of the WV State Police, public school teachers and school service personnel. The House message will be received, and the bill will be referred to Senate Finance.
- David Lavender has been unanimously elected as Sergeant-at-Arms of the West Virginia Senate. The Clerk will administer the Oath of Office.

- The 4 p.m. Conference Committee Meeting on HB 4145, will be shown on the Senate Chamber video boards for people to watch from the Senate galleries, as long as there is space. There are also locations in the Rotunda that will show the meeting near the well.
